IZI Releases — May 2026
IZI Releases — May 2026
Section titled “IZI Releases — May 2026”May 2026 brought updates across four areas of the IZI platform: the IZI mobile app, CRM analytics, staff management, and tariff scheduling. The biggest operational gains come from the new admin action log (accountability without extra paperwork) and the guest tariff mode (drop-in sessions without touching client accounts). Below is a full breakdown with the exact settings paths you need.
IZI Mobile App
Section titled “IZI Mobile App”Top-up bonus progress screen. Clients now see exactly how much more they need to deposit to reach the next bonus tier. The progress bar appears directly on the balance top-up screen. Clubs running top-up bonus programs report higher average deposit amounts once clients can see the gap to the next reward.
Expiring bonus push notifications. A push notification is sent 3 days before bonus funds expire. Configure the timing under Settings → Mobile App → Notifications.
Fix: double charge on unstable connection. In rare cases, a dropped connection at the exact moment a session started caused the system to debit the client twice. This is now resolved.
CRM — Analytics
Section titled “CRM — Analytics”New filters in the client report. You can now filter clients by date of last visit, total top-up amount over a period, and number of sessions. Use this before running reactivation campaigns to find dormant accounts quickly.
Expanded CSV export. The export now includes three additional columns: average spend per visit, average top-up amount, and total bonuses redeemed. These map cleanly to pivot tables in spreadsheet tools.
CRM — Staff
Section titled “CRM — Staff”Admin action log. All key CRM actions are now recorded against the staff member who performed them: shift open/close, balance adjustments, discount applications. Find it under Shifts → select a shift → Log.
Restrict manual balance edits by role. Club owners can now prevent specific admin roles from manually editing a client’s balance. Set this under Settings → Staff → Roles. Useful for clubs where balance corrections should require manager approval.
Tariffs and Schedules
Section titled “Tariffs and Schedules”Holiday schedule support. You can now create a dedicated tariff schedule for public holidays and assign it to specific calendar dates, rather than only day-of-week rules. Useful for clubs in markets with irregular holiday patterns.
Guest tariff — session without registration. You can now run a session for a walk-in visitor without creating a client profile. No account balance is involved; payment is cash or card only. Enable it under Tariffs → Guest Mode. This is distinct from a standard anonymous session — the system records the visit for shift totals but creates no client record.
