IZI Roadmap 2026: Upcoming Features

Published: · Updated: (12 days ago)· IZI Team

IZI is adding a tournament module, named loyalty tiers, advance seat booking, cohort analytics, white-label mobile apps, and event-driven webhooks across Q3–Q4 2026. Timelines are estimates and shift based on club feedback. Priorities are adjusted as we hear more from operators around the world.

Want to influence the priority order? Describe your use case via the feature request form.

Manage tournaments entirely inside IZI: create a tournament, build the bracket, let clients register through the IZI mobile app, and let the system score standard formats automatically — single elimination and round robin are the first two.

For club owners this means one less external tool to synchronise. All participation history lands in the client’s profile, so your loyalty program can factor in competitive activity alongside casual sessions.

IZI currently supports basic client segmentation. In Q3, named tiers arrive — for example Basic / Advanced / VIP — each with its own ruleset:

  • Top-up bonus percentage — different rates per tier
  • Booking priority — higher tiers get first pick of seats
  • Personal discounts — configurable per tier

Tier transitions are automatic, driven by accumulated metrics you define: total top-up amount over a rolling period, or total visit count. No manual reclassification needed.

This makes it straightforward to reward your most active clients without touching individual accounts. See the tariff and pricing reference for how tiers interact with session rates.

Clients will be able to reserve a specific seat (PC number) in advance through the IZI mobile app or your club’s website. As the operator you control:

  • Which seats are available for advance booking
  • Minimum deposit required to confirm a reservation
  • No-show penalty applied automatically if the client doesn’t arrive

This reduces walk-in uncertainty for clients and helps you predict occupancy for the shift ahead.

Cash Register Integration — Extended Coverage

Section titled “Cash Register Integration — Extended Coverage”

Expanded support for additional fiscal register providers in Russia and the UAE. We are also adding an automatic end-of-shift reconciliation: IZI will compare the register total against the platform’s session revenue and flag any discrepancy before the shift is closed.

Track how a group of clients acquired in a specific period behaves over time: visit frequency, average session spend, and churn probability at 30, 60, and 90 days. For clubs with a client base of 1,000 or more, cohort analysis is a practical tool for deciding when to run a reactivation campaign and how aggressive the incentive needs to be.

This builds on the existing analytics dashboard without replacing it — cohorts are an additional lens, not a replacement for daily/weekly operational views.

Large club networks will be able to commission an IZI-powered mobile app published under their own brand. This is a separate product with separate commercial terms, available to networks operating five or more locations.

Event-driven webhooks for external integrations:

EventFires when
client.createdA new client profile is registered
topup.completedA balance top-up is confirmed
session.endedA gaming session is closed
bonus.creditedA bonus is added to a client’s account

Webhooks let you build automations — push notifications, CRM sync, BI pipelines — without polling the IZI API on a schedule.

  • Hall gamification — leaderboards, achievements, and real-time display on screens inside the club
  • Corporate accounts — a single company payment covering multiple employee profiles
  • Partner promotions — discount mechanics shared with partners (energy drinks, ISPs, food delivery) running through the IZI platform

Some requests come up often enough to address directly:

  • Full restaurant POS — IZI focuses on the gaming club layer. For complex menus and kitchen display screens, integrate a dedicated POS alongside IZI.
  • Payroll and HR module — shift tracking is already in IZI; salary calculation is not. Use your existing accounting tool for payroll.

Frequently asked questions

When will the tournament module be available in IZI?

The tournament module is planned for Q3 2026. It will cover bracket creation, participant registration via the IZI mobile app, and automatic scoring for standard formats such as single elimination and round robin.

Will loyalty tiers replace the existing bonus system?

No. Named tiers (for example Basic / Advanced / VIP) are an extension of the existing segmentation. Each tier can carry its own top-up bonus percentage, booking priority, and personal discounts. Tier upgrades happen automatically based on accumulated spend or visit count over a chosen period.

What seat-booking controls will club owners have?

You will be able to choose which seats are open for advance booking, set a minimum deposit required to confirm a reservation, and define a no-show penalty. Clients book through the IZI mobile app or your club's website.

What events will IZI webhooks fire on?

Planned webhook events include: client created, balance top-up completed, gaming session ended, and bonus credited. This lets you build automations without polling the API.
