CRM: Bar Orders

The Bar Orders section of IZI CRM is the operational screen for processing food and drink orders from club clients. Orders arrive from the mobile app or are placed by the cashier at the counter, display on a Kanban board, and move through statuses: received → preparing → delivered.

The section works in conjunction with the product catalog and warehouse: when an order is fulfilled, stock decrements automatically. Order history is available for reconciling bar revenue for a shift.
