CRM: Hall

The Hall section of IZI CRM is the primary operational screen for managing gaming PCs and sessions in real time. From here, an administrator launches, extends, transfers, and ends sessions, processes bookings, and activates tariffs with different payment methods.

The PC map shows the current status of every device: free, occupied, on pause, offline. Every action is a click on a PC and selecting an operation. The section updates in real time without page refresh.
