App: Bar Ordering
Section titled “App: Bar Ordering”With bar ordering enabled, players can browse the bar menu and place orders from their seat in the IZI app. Payment is deducted from their IZI balance automatically — no need to visit the cashier.
Player flow
Section titled “Player flow”- Open IZI app → tap Bar
- Browse the menu by category
- Add items to cart
- Confirm order — IZI balance is charged
- Wait for staff to prepare and deliver
Staff view
Section titled “Staff view”The order appears immediately in Bar → Orders with status New. Staff see:
- Order items
- Player name
- Device / seat (if the player has an active session)
- Time placed
Staff mark it Ready when prepared and Delivered when handed to the player.
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- Bar ordering enabled: Settings → Bar → Enable app ordering
- Player must have sufficient IZI balance (app orders charge balance, not card)
