Bar Orders Flow
Section titled “Bar Orders Flow”Bar orders in IZI have three entry points: at the counter (admin takes the order), from the Hall view (attached to a session), or from the client’s mobile app. All orders land in the same bar order queue.
Order entry points
Section titled “Order entry points”At the counter
Section titled “At the counter”- Admin goes to Bar → New order (or the bar order button in the sidebar).
- Selects products from the menu.
- Identifies the client (optional) or proceeds as anonymous.
- Processes payment: cash, card, balance, or bonus.
- Order is marked as paid.
Attached to a session (Hall view)
Section titled “Attached to a session (Hall view)”- In the Hall view, click the device with an active session.
- Select Add bar order.
- Select products.
- The order is attached to the session — payment is settled when the session ends (or immediately if the client prefers).
Via IZI mobile app
Section titled “Via IZI mobile app”If bar ordering is enabled:
- Client opens the IZI app and browses the bar menu.
- Places the order — it appears in the bar order queue in CRM.
- Admin sees the incoming order and prepares it.
- Payment is deducted from the client’s IZI balance automatically.
Bar order queue
Section titled “Bar order queue”The queue is visible in Bar → Orders. Each order shows:
- Order number and time placed
- Items ordered
- Client name (if attached)
- Device (if attached to a session)
- Status: New / In progress / Ready / Paid
Staff work through the queue in order. Mark each order Ready when prepared, Paid when payment is collected.
Payment
Section titled “Payment”Payment options per order:
- Cash — enter amount, CRM calculates change
- Card — process on terminal, confirm in CRM
- IZI balance — deducted from client’s account
- Bonus balance — up to the configured % of the order total

Can bar orders be attached to an active session?
Yes. When taking an order in the Hall view, select the device with the active session — the bar order is attached to that session and appears in the session revenue.
Can clients order from their seat via the mobile app?
Yes, if the bar ordering feature is enabled in your club settings. The client places the order from the IZI app; it appears in the bar order queue.
What happens to unpaid bar orders when a session ends?
Unpaid bar orders block the session close. The admin is prompted to settle outstanding bar orders before ending the session.
Can bar orders be paid with bonus balance?
Depends on your bar configuration. If bonus is enabled for bar payments, clients can pay with bonus up to the configured percentage.
