General Club Settings in IZI CRM
Club Settings is the starting point for configuration. These parameters affect calculations, how the club appears in the IZI mobile app, and how the cash register behaves.

General Information
Section titled “General Information”| Field | What it configures |

| Club Name | Displayed in the IZI mobile app and at the top of the CRM. Customers see this name when browsing in the app. |
| Address | Club address for the card in the mobile app. Used for location-based notifications. |
| Location | Map coordinates — separate from the text address. Set via search or map pin. |
Currency and Finance
Section titled “Currency and Finance”Club Currency — determines the currency for all accounting: player balances, tariffs, shift reports, analytics. Set at club creation.
Maximum Delivery Time — the time limit in minutes for an administrator to deliver a bar order. Orders not closed within this period get the “overdue” status and are highlighted in the queue. Default — 10 minutes.
Tip: if your bar is far from the counter and delivery realistically takes 15 minutes, increase the threshold — otherwise administrators will see false “overdue” alerts during normal operations.
Working Hours
Section titled “Working Hours”Working hours are configured in a separate block — by day of week with the option to mark days off. Details: Working Hours and Holidays.
Danger Zone
Section titled “Danger Zone”Delete Club — permanently deletes the club and all associated data: devices, tariffs, transactions, shifts, clients. This action is irreversible.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change the club currency after launch?
Yes. Go to Settings → Club Settings → Club Currency. Changing currency does not recalculate historical transactions — only new operations will use the new currency.
How do I change the club name visible to customers?
Edit it in Settings → Club Settings → General Information. The change immediately appears in the IZI mobile app.
Where do I set the maximum bar order delivery time?
Settings → Club Settings → Maximum Delivery Time. Default is 10 minutes. Orders exceeding this limit are marked as overdue.
Why should I set the club address in settings?
The address is used in the IZI mobile app to display the club on the map and in location-based push notifications.
