Access Permissions in IZI CRM
Roles are configured in Settings → Roles and then assigned to a staff account in Settings → Users. When assigning a role you select which clubs it applies to — the same role can cover one location or every location in your network.
Permissions are additive: if a user holds multiple roles, they receive the union of all rights. Some checkboxes automatically pull in required dependencies — IZI CRM enables those silently, so you never end up with a half-working permission set.
Full Access
Section titled “Full Access”Full Access grants every organisation-level and club-level right across all clubs. It is required for managing users, roles, and creating new clubs. The organisation owner always has Full Access and it cannot be removed from them.

Automatic Dependencies
Section titled “Automatic Dependencies”When you enable certain permissions, IZI CRM silently enables the ones they depend on:
- Most club permissions require Basic Access — it is enabled automatically.
- Catalogue enables Schedules and Equipment.
- All analytics report permissions enable general analytics access.
- Promo Codes enables Basic Access for the club.
- Campaigns enables Player Groups.
You do not need to tick dependency boxes manually — IZI handles this. However, be aware that enabling a complex permission like Catalogue brings Equipment along with it.
Example — Accountant Role Setup
Section titled “Example — Accountant Role Setup”If your accountant needs view and export only, assign the relevant analytics report permissions and the financial report permissions. Do not assign Basic Access.

Section titled “See Also”Frequently asked questions
Does Basic Access let staff view reports?
No. Basic Access covers operational work — sessions, orders, clients, shifts, and devices. Analytics reports require separate analytics permission checkboxes, even for users who already have Basic Access.
What happens when I enable a permission that has dependencies?
IZI CRM automatically enables any required dependencies. For example, enabling Catalogue also enables Schedules and Equipment. You do not need to tick those boxes manually.
Can the same role cover multiple clubs?
Yes. When you assign a role to a staff account in Settings → Users, you choose which clubs it applies to. A single role can cover one location or every club in your network.
How do I give an accountant view-only access?
Assign the relevant analytics report permissions and financial report permissions. Do not assign Basic Access — it is an operational role, not a read-only mode, and would grant unintended write access.
