Hall — Overview
Hall — Overview
Section titled “Hall — Overview”The Hall section (Equipment → Hall) is the primary working screen for any club administrator. From here you control every gaming PC in your venue: start and extend sessions, make reservations, move players between machines, and track equipment status — all in real time. The section contains four subsections: Control Center, Session List, Monitoring, and IZI Boot.
Both layers matter: as a club owner, Hall is the operational pulse of your venue — the screen your staff uses every shift. As an admin or manager, it is the fastest way to respond to anything happening on the floor right now.
Control Center
Section titled “Control Center”The default view shows a card for every PC in the club. Each card displays at a glance:
- Player name and session timer (or “Free” when no session is running)
- Tariff name currently active on the PC
- Disk protection status — a shield icon, green when protection is on, red when it is off
- Hold indicator — shown when the PC has been placed on hold
Available Actions per PC
Section titled “Available Actions per PC”From any card you can:
- Start a session for a player
- Book a session — immediately or for a future time slot
- Extend the current session
- Move a player to a different PC
- Activate a tariff — charged from the player’s balance, from bonus credits, or with a direct payment
- Activate a session from pre-purchased unused time
- Place the PC on hold
- Send remote commands: reboot, shut down, lock or unlock the screen
- Toggle disk protection on or off
Timeline
Section titled “Timeline”The bottom panel of the Control Center is a horizontal ribbon that shows all active sessions and holds, grouped by zone. You can drag session blocks to shift their times. Clicking any block opens the full session detail view.
Session List
Section titled “Session List”The Session List is a searchable table of all sessions — both currently active and historical — for the selected club. Use it to:
- Look up any session by player name, PC number, or date range
- Review session history for a specific machine
- Audit tariff usage across a shift or day
This view complements the real-time Control Center: the Control Center is for acting, the Session List is for reviewing.
Monitoring
Section titled “Monitoring”The Monitoring page shows live hardware metrics for every PC in the club: CPU load, RAM usage, network throughput, disk activity, and other parameters reported by the IZI agent installed on each machine.
Monitoring configuration — including Telegram alert rules — is managed under Settings. When alerts are configured, the system can notify your team automatically if a PC exceeds a defined threshold, without anyone having to watch the screen.
IZI Boot
Section titled “IZI Boot”IZI Boot lets you create a reference disk image from a clean, configured PC and then apply that image to other machines to restore them to the same state. This is useful for onboarding new PCs quickly or recovering a machine after software corruption.
When IZI Boot is connected, a Boot toggle appears in the Control Center toolbar. Enable it to see each PC’s image status and to apply or create reference images directly from the Hall screen.
IZI Boot setup is handled in Settings.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Hall section in IZI CRM?
Hall is the main operational screen for managing gaming PCs in your club. It lets administrators start, extend, and book sessions, move players between machines, monitor equipment status, and send remote commands to PCs — all from a single view.
How do I start a session for a player from the Hall screen?
Open Equipment → Hall → Control Center. Find the free PC card, click it, choose Start Session, select the player and tariff, then confirm. The session starts immediately and the card updates with the player's name and a live timer.
Can I book a session in advance from the Hall?
Yes. From any free PC card, choose Book Session and select a future date and time. The booking appears on the Timeline ribbon so staff can see upcoming reservations at a glance.
What does the disk protection icon on a PC card mean?
The shield icon shows the status of IZI's disk protection feature. Green means protection is active — the PC will restore to its baseline state after the session ends. Red means protection is off, so any changes the player makes will persist.
How do I move a player to a different PC mid-session?
Click the active PC card in the Control Center and choose Move Player. Select the destination PC from the list. The session transfers with the remaining time intact.
What is the Timeline panel at the bottom of the Control Center?
The Timeline is a horizontal ribbon showing all active sessions and holds grouped by zone. You can drag blocks to adjust session times and click any block to see its full details.
What hardware metrics does the Monitoring page show?
Monitoring displays real-time data for each PC: CPU load, RAM usage, network throughput, disk activity, and other parameters reported by the IZI agent on the machine.
Why does my Monitoring page say monitoring is not connected?
Monitoring is enabled per club by the IZI support team. If you see the 'not connected' message, reach out to IZI support to have it activated for your club.
What is IZI Boot used for?
IZI Boot creates a reference disk image from a clean PC and lets you apply that image to other machines. It is commonly used to onboard new PCs quickly or to recover a machine after a software issue.
Where do I configure Monitoring alerts and IZI Boot?
Both Monitoring alert rules and IZI Boot settings are found in the Settings section of IZI CRM.
