Installing IZI on a Club PC
Adding a new PC to your club in IZI takes four steps: generate a pairing code in the CRM, run the installer on the PC, enter the code and device number, then reboot. After the reboot the PC appears in the Devices list and is immediately available in your Hall for opening sessions.
Installing IZI on a Club PC

Section titled “Requirements”- OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11 Pro / Enterprise, 64-bit (Windows 11 recommended)
- Architecture: x64
- Active internet connection during installation
Step 1 — Generate a Pairing Code in the CRM
Section titled “Step 1 — Generate a Pairing Code in the CRM”- In the left sidebar go to Equipment → Devices
- Click Add Device — a modal window opens
- On step 1 click Download to save the installer archive
- Move to step 3 and click Generate Code
A 6-digit pairing code in the format 000-000 appears with a countdown timer. The code is valid for 4 hours. Keep the modal open — you will need the code on the PC.
Step 2 — Run the Installer on the PC
Section titled “Step 2 — Run the Installer on the PC”- Copy the downloaded archive to the target PC and extract it
- Launch the installer from the extracted folder
Step 3 — Pair the PC with Your Club
Section titled “Step 3 — Pair the PC with Your Club”The installer opens a setup wizard:
- Select the region (country) of your club
- Enter the pairing code from the CRM (format:
000-000) - Enter a device number — a unique 1-to-4-digit number within the club (for example:
1,12,42) - Click Load Zones, then select the zone for this PC
- Click Activate
The installer automatically downloads the remaining IZI components.
Step 4 — System Configuration
Section titled “Step 4 — System Configuration”After the components download, the installer asks two questions:
- Create a new Windows user? — confirm if you want IZI to create a dedicated system account
- Make the user an administrator? — confirm if that account needs administrator rights
After you answer, the installer prepares the system and shows the Reboot button. Click it to restart the PC.
Result: after the reboot the PC is fully configured and visible in the CRM Devices list.
After Installation
Section titled “After Installation”- Open and close sessions from the Hall section
- Apply screensaver rules, disk protection, and other per-device settings
- IZI software updates automatically — no scheduled maintenance needed
Troubleshooting

How long is the pairing code valid?
The pairing code is valid for 4 hours. If it expires before you finish setup, generate a new one in CRM under Equipment → Devices.
What Windows versions are supported?
IZI requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise, 64-bit (x64). Windows 11 is recommended.
What should I do if the pairing code is rejected?
The code may have expired (4-hour limit). Go back to CRM, open the Add Device modal, and generate a new code on step 3.
Can I reuse a device number?
No. Each device number must be unique within your club. If a number is already taken, choose a different one — any 1-to-4-digit number works.
What happens if the PC is already registered to another club?
Contact IZI support. The PC must be unlinked from the previous club before it can be paired to a new one.
Does IZI update automatically?
Yes. Once installed, the IZI software updates itself automatically — no manual intervention needed.
