IZI White Label App — your club’s own app

IZI White Label App is an IZI subscription service that gives your club a mobile app published under your own brand. Players download it from the App Store and Google Play as your product — your logo, colors, and name. Inside, it delivers the same features as the standard IZI player app: balance management, session control, bar ordering, notifications, and promotions.

The service is billed per organization: one app covers your entire club network. It is set up through IZI support, not self-serve through the subscription cart.

What is included

The White Label App inherits the full feature set of the IZI mobile app for players — the same screens, the same logic, the same GraphQL API. The difference is the visual shell and the app store listing under your developer account.

With the branded app, a player can:

• check their gaming and bonus balance,
• top up their account using a saved card,
• choose a tariff and start a session,
• manage an active session (pause, extend, end),
• order from the bar menu without leaving their seat,
• receive notifications about promotions and session time.

All data syncs in real time with the CRM — what the front desk sees, the player sees too.

Pricing

The service is billed at the organization level (scope ORG): whether you have one club or a network, you get one app and one line on your invoice.

Pricing has two components: a one-time setup fee when the app launches, plus a monthly maintenance fee. The maintenance rate is tiered: lower in year one, then fixed from year two onward.

Illustrative example. A club on the USD plan pays $1,000 setup plus $100 × 12 = $1,200 maintenance in year one — $2,200 total. From year two, only $200/mo, or $2,400 per year. These are list prices; individual terms are agreed with IZI support.

How to get connected

The service is type ON_REQUEST — it cannot be activated through the subscription cart. Activation is handled by the IZI Support team and launch terms are agreed individually.

Where to find it in the CRM: organization menu → IZI Subscription → Available to add → IZI White Label App card.

The card displays:

• a “Setup fee — {amount} one-time” line (the one-time launch fee),
• “Monthly” lines captioned “support” (year-one and subsequent rates),
• a “Per year in total” line (combined cost for the first 12 months),
• a “From month N” line (the rate after the tier change),
• a Learn more button — links to the service landing page.

Below the card is a notice: “Added through support — terms are agreed individually”.

Steps to request:

1. Open the organization menu → IZI Subscription.
2. In the Available to add section, find the IZI White Label App card.
3. Click Learn more — you are taken to the service page (https://myapp.x.izi.is/en).
4. Fill in the request form on that page. The IZI team will agree on the details and launch the app.

Once launched, the service appears in the Connected section of your subscription and is included in your organization’s monthly invoice.

Billing

The service is billed at the organization level, not per club or per device. This means:

• a single line item on the invoice covers the entire network,
• adding new clubs to the organization does not increase the cost,
• subscription discounts and modifiers apply to this line just like any other service.

The one-time setup fee appears on the invoice as a separate line marked “One-time” (labeled “setup” in the itemized breakdown). The monthly fee is prorated based on the actual days the service was active in the billing period. The tier change from the first rate to the second happens automatically after 12 full months of activity.
