Tariff Schedules
Tariff Schedules
Section titled “Tariff Schedules”A schedule in IZI is a named time configuration that defines when a tariff is available for sale and activation. Schedules are reusable — create once, attach to multiple tariffs.
Schedule vs tariff
Section titled “Schedule vs tariff”The tariff defines what is sold (price, expiration rules, refund policy). The schedule defines when it can be sold. Separating them means you can update a time window in one place and have it apply to every tariff that uses it.
Schedule types
Section titled “Schedule types”Always — built-in, no configuration needed. Attaching this to a tariff means it’s available 24/7, every day. Use for universal tariffs that should always be visible.
Custom schedule — you define days and hour ranges. Can vary by day of the week.
Creating a schedule
Section titled “Creating a schedule”- Go to Settings → Schedules.
- Click Add schedule.
- Enter a name — something descriptive: “Weekdays daytime”, “Night 23–07”, “Weekend”.
- For each day of the week, set the active time window — or leave a day blank to make the schedule inactive on that day.
- Save.
The schedule is now available to attach to any tariff.
Attaching a schedule to a tariff
Section titled “Attaching a schedule to a tariff”In the tariff form (Tariffs → [tariff name]), find the Schedule block:
- Start schedule — select the schedule. The tariff is only available for sale and activation during this window.
- Extra finish window — optional. Set a time at which active sessions can continue even after the start schedule closes.
Extra finish window
Section titled “Extra finish window”The extra finish handles the transition between time slots. Example: a night tariff’s start schedule runs 23:00–07:00. Without extra finish, the tariff stops being sellable at 07:00 — but players already in session continue naturally. With extra finish set to 08:00, it signals to staff (and the system) that overnight sessions should wrap up by 08:00.

Section titled “See also”Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Start schedule and Extra finish?
Start schedule controls when a tariff can be sold and activated. Extra finish is a grace period after the start schedule closes, during which active sessions can continue. For example: Start schedule 23:00–07:00, Extra finish 08:00 — new sales stop at 07:00 but players already in session can play until 08:00.
Can the same schedule be reused across multiple tariffs?
Yes. Schedules are named objects created once in Settings → Schedules and then attached to any number of tariffs. Edit the schedule once and all attached tariffs update.
Is there a built-in always-on schedule?
Yes. The built-in Always schedule makes a tariff available 24/7 with no restrictions. Use it for tariffs that should be permanently visible at the cashier.
Can a schedule cover different hours on different days?
Yes. A schedule can define separate time windows per day of the week — for example, 09:00–17:00 Monday through Friday, 10:00–14:00 on Saturday, closed on Sunday.
