IZI CRM Workspace Overview

IZI CRM is the main tool for managing your club. Here is a quick map of what is where.

The left sidebar contains the primary sections:

The first thing you see after login. Shows:

  • Active sessions — which seats are occupied, how much time/balance each client has left
  • Shift status — is a shift open, who opened it, how long it has been running
  • Revenue today — quick totals for the current shift
  • Low balance alerts — clients whose balance is below the threshold

The dashboard refreshes automatically. No need to reload the page.

Find any client by phone number or name. From the client profile you can:

  • Top up their balance
  • View session history
  • See bonus balance and transaction log
  • Block the client or reset their PIN

Most initial setup happens in Settings:

  • Tariffs — pricing plans for gaming time
  • Zones — groups of seats with shared tariff rules
  • Devices — connected PCs and consoles
  • Staff — invite and manage team members
  • Organization — multi-club settings, billing

IZI CRM has no keyboard shortcuts by default. All actions are mouse/touch driven. On tablets, the interface adapts to touch.

IZI CRM works in the mobile browser — useful for checking analytics on the go. For full shift management, a desktop or laptop is recommended.
