Group Orders and the Shared Bill
When a group arrives at the club together, ringing up each person separately is awkward. In the order window you can add several clients, combine their orders into one shared bill and accept contributions from different people: anyone can pay any amount, in cash or by card.
How to place a group order
Section titled “How to place a group order”- Open the order window (Orders overview).
- Pick a client. Each client has their own card: the client, a Top up field and their items. The catalog adds items to the expanded card; the others are collapsed to a list of items.
- Click Add client to add the next one. You can remove a client with Remove client, but not the last one.
- To top up a client’s balance, enter the amount in the Top up field. The field is unavailable for a guest without a profile: pick a client.
- Click Create shared bill.
With a single client this is an ordinary order. If a top-up amount is set, the order also goes through as a shared bill. When a staff member buys for themselves, a second client and a top-up are not offered: a purchase for yourself consists of products only.
If some orders could not be placed, the other clients are already in the bill. Fix the remaining ones and add them with Add to bill. An order that has already been created is not created again: make changes in the bill itself.
How to accept payment
Section titled “How to accept payment”The shared bill shows how much is left to pay for each item and in total.
- In the Who pays field, choose the payer. Any client of the club can be the payer.
- Select the items you are closing, or pay the whole bill with Whole bill. The contribution amount defaults to the remainder; you can change it.
- Take the payment. The money lands on the payer’s balance and closes the selected items; the rest goes to the next items in order. Top-ups for other clients are closed last.
Good to know:
- A payer’s balance and bonuses go only to the payer’s own items.
- Any part of a contribution that did not go into the bill stays on the payer’s balance.
- A discount on the bill can be set only before the first contribution.
- A player banned in the club cannot pay into another player’s top-up.
- If a contribution was not fully applied, the bill shows how much is still undistributed. Distribute it or cancel it.
- When everything is paid, the bill tells you it is paid.
How to cancel a top-up
Section titled “How to cancel a top-up”If a client’s top-up is no longer needed, open the item in the bill and choose Cancel the unpaid part of the top-up. The unpaid amount leaves the bill, and money already paid in stays on the player’s balance. The action cannot be undone.
Fiscal receipt
Section titled “Fiscal receipt”If the club has a fiscal register connected, products can be rung up on the same receipt as the contribution. Then a product from the bill is paid in full, and you need to pay in at least its price.
If the bar and PC rental are registered to different taxpayers, they cannot go on one receipt. Turn off Goods in the shared bill receipt in the club settings: each product is then paid with a separate receipt in the order card and is not part of the contribution. A staff member with the right to manage club settings can turn it on. It is off by default.
Seating a group
Section titled “Seating a group”The same shared bill is created when a group is seated on several PCs during booking: each seat gets a client and a tariff, payments are taken one by one, and sessions are started with Start all sessions.

Who can pay a shared bill?
Any client of the club, any amount, at any time, in cash or by card. The money lands on the payer's balance and pays the selected items, and whatever is left goes to the next items in order.
Can I top up a client's balance through the shared bill?
Yes. Each client card has a Top up field. The amount becomes part of the shared bill and can be covered by a contribution from any payer. A guest without a profile cannot be topped up: pick a client first.
What happens to the money if I cancel a top-up?
Only the part that has not been paid in yet is cancelled: it leaves the bill. What has already been paid in stays on the player's balance, and the action cannot be undone.
Why is a fiscal-register item not part of the contribution?
If the club setting Goods in the shared bill receipt is off, such an item is paid with a separate receipt in the order card and is not part of the contribution.
Can I change the discount on a shared bill?
Only before the first contribution to the bill.
