The fastest way is the chat directly in IZI CRM:

  1. Click Support in the bottom menu (question mark icon)
  2. A dialog with the IZI team will open
  3. Describe your issue — support can see your account and club automatically

The chat supports file attachments — include screenshots, it speeds up resolution.

The more specific the description, the faster you’ll get help. Include:

  • Exactly what isn’t working (button, section, feature)
  • When the problem started
  • What you’ve already tried
  • Screenshot of the error if available
  • For PC issues: the PC number or name in the hall

How fast does IZI support respond?

For critical issues (club not working, shift won't close) — we aim to respond within 1 hour during business hours. For standard questions — up to 4 hours.

Is support available 24/7?

The in-app chat is monitored during business hours. For critical overnight incidents, include 'URGENT' in the subject — this raises the priority of your request.

How do I send a screenshot or video to support?

In the CRM chat you can attach files — use the paperclip icon next to the input field. For video — upload to any cloud storage and share the link.
