Download and Install the IZI App
Section titled “Download and Install the IZI App”The IZI mobile app is available in the App Store and Google Play. Installation takes 2–3 minutes: download, launch, enter your phone number — and the app is ready.

How to Install on iPhone
Section titled “How to Install on iPhone”Step 1 — Open the App Store
Section titled “Step 1 — Open the App Store”On iPhone, open the App Store and go to the Search tab.
Step 2 — Find the App
Section titled “Step 2 — Find the App”Type “IZI gaming” or scan the QR code displayed in the club. The QR goes directly to the app page in the store.
Step 3 — Install
Section titled “Step 3 — Install”Tap Get (or the cloud icon if the app was previously installed). Wait for it to download.
Step 4 — Open
Section titled “Step 4 — Open”Tap Open or find the IZI icon on the home screen.
How to Install on Android

Step 2 — Find the App
Section titled “Step 2 — Find the App”Type “IZI club” or “IZI gaming.” You can also scan the QR code with your camera — it opens the page directly.
Step 3 — Install

Step 4 — Open

Devices Without Google Play (Huawei, Some China-Market Devices)
Section titled “Devices Without Google Play (Huawei, Some China-Market Devices)”On Huawei smartphones without Google services, search for the app in Huawei AppGallery using the same query “IZI.” If AppGallery doesn’t show the app — ask the club administrator for an APK file link for direct installation.
After Installation: First Launch
Section titled “After Installation: First Launch”On first launch, the app requests permission for:
- Location — to find nearby clubs on the map. Without this permission, the map doesn’t work, but a club can be found manually.
- Notifications — to receive bonus and promotion reminders. Recommended to allow, otherwise the client won’t receive bonus expiry reminders.
- Camera — for scanning QR codes for check-in and bar orders.
All permissions can be changed later in phone settings.

What is the app called in the stores?
The app is called IZI. Search for 'IZI gaming' or 'IZI club' in the App Store and Google Play. You can also scan the QR code at the club — it goes directly to the app page.
How much space does the app take?
The app is lightweight — around 30–50 MB. Space used on the device depends on OS version and cache. Download requires a few MB of data.
Does the app work on older phones?
The app supports iOS 13+ and Android 7+. Most phones released after 2018 are compatible.
A client in a region with no IZI clubs — can they still install the app?
Yes, the app can be installed from any region. During registration, the client selects a club from those available on the map. If there's no nearby club — features are accessible but can be used when visiting a club.
Does the app need to be manually updated?
It's recommended to enable auto-updates in the store. Critical updates come automatically. If the version is outdated, the app prompts an update.
Is there a version for Huawei without Google Play?
On Huawei devices without Google services, install via Huawei AppGallery. If it's not there — download the APK file via a link at the club (ask the administrator).
