What It Means in Simple Terms
Section titled “What It Means in Simple Terms”IZI’s built-in payment channel: the player pays by card directly through the CRM cashier or through the IZI mobile app, funds are credited to their game balance, and they can start a session immediately.
Key scenarios:
- Balance top-up at the desk — admin accepts card payment on a POS terminal linked to IZI
- Top-up via mobile app — player tops up from their phone without admin involvement
- Booking payment — in clubs where advance booking is enabled
How It Works in IZI
Section titled “How It Works in IZI”Payment methods are configured in Club Settings → Payment Methods. Payment processor fees are charged per transaction and should be factored into tariff margin calculations.
In the shift dashboard, all payments are broken down by channel: Cash / Cards / App / Bonuses. Payment method does not affect accrual revenue — that’s tied to service consumption, not payment moment.
