Card Payments in a Gaming Club — Built-in Payments via IZI

Section titled “Card Payments in a Gaming Club — Built-in Payments via IZI”

Built-in payments — accepting cashless payments in the club: card, mobile app, or through IZI’s integrated payment interface. Lets players top up their game balance without cash and without switching to third-party apps.

IZI’s built-in payment channel: the player pays by card directly through the CRM cashier or through the IZI mobile app, funds are credited to their game balance, and they can start a session immediately.

Key scenarios:

  • Balance top-up at the desk — admin accepts card payment on a POS terminal linked to IZI
  • Top-up via mobile app — player tops up from their phone without admin involvement
  • Booking payment — in clubs where advance booking is enabled

Payment methods are configured in Club Settings → Payment Methods. Payment processor fees are charged per transaction and should be factored into tariff margin calculations.

In the shift dashboard, all payments are broken down by channel: Cash / Cards / App / Bonuses. Payment method does not affect accrual revenue — that’s tied to service consumption, not payment moment.

  • Bonus Balance — player’s internal account; funds credited here on top-up
  • Top-up Bonus — bonus credited on each top-up
  • IZI Mobile App — self-service top-up channel
  • Accrual Revenue — revenue by consumption moment, not payment moment
  • AOV — cashless top-up tends to increase average order value
