App: Bonus Balance
Section titled “App: Bonus Balance”Players can view their bonus balance in the IZI app and use it at the cashier, kiosk, or (if enabled) for app purchases.
What players see in the app
Section titled “What players see in the app”In the account section:
- Bonus balance — current amount available to spend
- Accrual history — list of bonuses earned (date, rule, amount)
- Spend history — where bonus was used
- Expiry — if any bonuses have an expiration date, they’re shown with the expiry date
Using bonus at the cashier
Section titled “Using bonus at the cashier”Players show their QR code or give their phone number. The cashier sees the bonus balance on the client card and applies it toward payment (up to the configured % per tariff).
Players can also ask the cashier to apply bonus proactively — the admin selects the bonus payment split in the payment screen.
