Bar Orders via the IZI App — QR and In-Seat Menu
Bar Orders via the IZI App
Section titled “Bar Orders via the IZI App”A client orders bar items from their gaming seat — no trip to the counter needed. They scan the QR code at their seat or table, choose items, confirm — funds are deducted from the balance and the order appears in the administrator’s CRM.
How the Client Places an Order
Section titled “How the Client Places an Order”Step 1 — Open the Bar Menu
Section titled “Step 1 — Open the Bar Menu”Two methods:
Via QR code at the seat. The client scans the QR code placed on the gaming table or near the PC. The app opens the menu and remembers the seat number — the order will be delivered there.
Via the “Bar” section in the app. If the club has configured automatic seat detection based on the active session — no QR needed. The client simply opens the Bar section.
Step 2 — Choose Items
Section titled “Step 2 — Choose Items”The menu is organized by categories: drinks, snacks, hot food, and others — depending on what’s configured at the club. The client sees a photo, name, and price for each item.
Tap + next to the desired item to add it to the cart. Quantities are adjustable before order confirmation.
The cart shows the total amount and remaining balance after payment.
Step 3 — Review the Cart and Confirm
Section titled “Step 3 — Review the Cart and Confirm”On the cart screen:
- Order contents with quantities
- Total amount
- Bonus amount to be deducted (if bonus payment is available)
- Seat number
Tap Place Order — funds are deducted from the gaming balance.
Step 4 — Wait for Notification
Section titled “Step 4 — Wait for Notification”After confirmation:
- Client receives a “Order received” notification
- Administrator sees the new order in the Bar section of the CRM
- When ready — “Order ready” or “Delivered” notification
Paying with Bonuses
Section titled “Paying with Bonuses”If the client’s rate allows bonus payment for bar orders — part of the amount is deducted as bonuses automatically. The client sees a breakdown in the cart: how much from balance, how much in bonuses.
More on configuration — in Bonus Engine Overview.
What the Administrator Sees in CRM
Section titled “What the Administrator Sees in CRM”Orders from the app arrive in the Bar → Orders section in real time:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Client | Name and phone |
| Seat | PC or table number |
| Contents | Items, quantities, prices |
| Time | When the order was created |
| Status | New → In Progress → Completed |
The administrator updates the status manually or via the bartender interface. The client receives a notification on each status change.
How App Orders Affect Bar Revenue
Section titled “How App Orders Affect Bar Revenue”A client at a PC rarely gets up for food in the middle of a game. The ability to order without interrupting — removes that friction. The client spends more at the bar without breaking the session.
Order analytics from the app are available in Analytics → Bar section: sales volume, top items, average order value.
How to Place QR Codes for Orders in the Club
Section titled “How to Place QR Codes for Orders in the Club”A unique QR code is generated for each gaming seat from the CRM. QR codes can be printed and placed:
- On the gaming table next to the monitor
- On a stand near the PC
- As a sticker on the back of the monitor
More on order QR codes — in the bar setup section.

Frequently asked questions
How does a client open the bar menu — do they need to scan the QR each time?
No. The QR is only needed the first time to open the menu at a specific seat — so the app knows which PC the order is coming from. After scanning, the menu is available in the 'Bar' section of the app and accessible without re-scanning during the session.
How is a bar order paid?
By deducting from the gaming balance. If the client has bonus payment enabled — part of the amount is deducted as bonuses automatically within the allowed percentage.
What if the balance isn't enough for the order?
The app shows a low balance warning and offers to top up. The client can top up from the same screen and return to the order.
Does the administrator see the order immediately?
Yes. The order appears in the CRM bar interface instantly after the client confirms it. The administrator or bartender receives a notification.
Can an order be cancelled after it's placed?
While the order is in 'New' status — the administrator can cancel it from the CRM. After it moves to 'In Progress' — cancellation is not available. Cancellation from the app is not available.
How does the client know the order is ready?
A notification arrives in the app with status 'Order ready' or 'Order delivered' — depending on how the administrator updates the status in the CRM.
Can an order be placed without scanning the QR — just from the Bar section?
Depends on the club's configuration. In some clubs, the seat is determined automatically by the active session. In others — QR is required to link the order to a specific seat.
Does the bar menu in the app match the real menu at the counter?
Yes — the administrator manages a single menu in the CRM, which automatically displays both in the app and at the register. If an item is out of stock and marked unavailable — it disappears from the app.
