Section titled “How to make the most of the trial”The trial is the ideal time to complete the 30-step launch checklist and reach the end of the period with a configured working hall. Recommended sequence:
Days 1–2. Set up the club structure: zones, connect a few devices, create basic tariffs. Complete the 15-minute quick start.
Days 3–5. Add staff: create administrator roles, invite employees. Run a test shift and learn the register cycle.
Days 6–10. Start real shifts with guests. Accumulate first data in analytics. See how tariffs perform on actual traffic.
Days 11–
All settings, client base, and session history accumulated during the trial are preserved after subscription activation.
What happens after the trial ends
Section titled “What happens after the trial ends”A few days before the trial ends, the system sends a notification to the owner’s email.
If you upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends:
- Everything continues without interruption
- Data and settings are preserved
- Subscription activates from the payment date
If the trial ends without payment:
- The CRM enters limited-access mode
- You can log in to the account; data is not deleted
- Active operations (starting sessions, opening shifts, accepting payment) are unavailable
- To restore: simply pay for a subscription — access is restored immediately
Data is retained per IZI’s data retention policy regardless of subscription status. Client base, transaction history, and club settings are not deleted when the trial expires.
How to extend the trial
Section titled “How to extend the trial”Under standard conditions, the trial does not extend automatically. If you need more time for evaluation — contact IZI support via the chat in the CRM before the trial period ends.
Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Common reasons: technical issues during setup, waiting for equipment, seasonal downtime.
