IZI Subscription: Plans, Activation, Payment

Section titled “IZI Subscription: Plans, Activation, Payment”

IZI is a commercial SaaS product with a subscription model. The club owner pays for the platform directly to IZI; players and employees do not pay the subscription. The base model is monthly or annual billing per organization, with scaling based on network size.

New organizations get a trial period with full platform access for evaluation.

An IZI subscription is access to the cloud CRM and all its components:

Core functionality (included in any plan):

  • Hall management: zones, devices, sessions
  • Cash shifts: opening, closing, reports
  • Tariffs and schedules
  • Client base, balances, history
  • Team: roles, permissions, action log
  • Club analytics: revenue, utilization, average order value, average top-up
  • IZI mobile app for players

Advanced modules (may be included in higher-tier plans or added separately):

  • Inventory and stock management
  • Deep analytics (by tariff, promo code, suspicious operations)
  • Bonus programs and top-up bonuses
  • Promo campaigns and automation
  • Multi-club network management

The current contents of each plan are shown in Organization → Billing in your IZI account.

IZI offers several plans with different module sets and scale. Exact pricing starts from a base amount per month and depends on the number of clubs or connected devices.

Current prices: see Organization → Billing in your IZI account — prices are shown for your region and currency.

For new organizations: after the trial period ends, the system will prompt you to select a plan and pay. Data is not deleted — everything configured during the trial remains.

For an active subscription: go to Organization → Billing. Here you’ll see:

  • Current plan and next payment date
  • Payment history
  • Buttons to change plan and payment method

Step-by-step activation:

  1. Open Organization → Billing
  2. Select a pricing plan
  3. Choose a billing period (monthly / annual)
  4. Add a payment method
  5. Confirm payment
  6. Subscription activates immediately after a successful transaction

Available payment methods and currencies depend on your region. The current list is shown in the Billing section when making a payment.

Typical methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Business invoice payment
  • Regional payment systems

To set up business invoice payments, contact the IZI team via the support chat in the CRM.

What happens with overdue or cancelled subscriptions

Section titled “What happens with overdue or cancelled subscriptions”

If payment is overdue:

  1. The system sends a notification a few days before the billing date
  2. After the paid period expires, the CRM enters limited-access mode
  3. In limited-access mode, the owner can log in and pay — data is not deleted, history is preserved
  4. After payment, access is restored automatically

If the subscription is cancelled:

  • Access is preserved until the end of the paid period
  • After that — limited-access mode
  • Organization, club, client, and transaction data is retained per IZI’s data retention policy

When downgrading to a lower plan:

  • The switch happens at the start of the next billing cycle
  • Until then, the current plan remains active
  • If the new plan does not include certain configured features (e.g. automations), they are deactivated but data is preserved

The subscription is tied to the organization, not an individual club. One payment covers the entire network. Cost scales based on your plan and the number of clubs or devices.

If you’re opening a second club, add it to the organization via Organization Settings → Clubs. The cost is recalculated automatically per your plan terms.

For details on the organization → club → devices hierarchy, see Creating an organization and Creating your first club.

Payment documents (receipt, act) are generated automatically after each payment and are available in Billing → Payment History.

If your organization operates as a legal entity and requires invoices or documents in a specific format, contact support via the chat in the CRM or by email.
