Find a Nearby Club in the IZI App
Section titled “Find a Nearby Club in the IZI App”The club search section in the app shows a map with nearby IZI network clubs, their hours, available zones, and information to prepare for a visit.
How to Open Club Search
Section titled “How to Open Club Search”On the home screen, tap Clubs or Find a Club. A map with club markers opens.
Search Steps
Section titled “Search Steps”Step 1 — Allow Geolocation (or Search Manually)
Section titled “Step 1 — Allow Geolocation (or Search Manually)”If geolocation is permitted — the app automatically centers the map on your location and shows the distance to each club.
If geolocation is disabled — use the search bar by address or club name.
Step 2 — Select a Club on the Map
Section titled “Step 2 — Select a Club on the Map”Tap a club marker on the map — a brief card opens with the name, address, and hours. Tap More to go to the club page.
Step 3 — Review the Club Page
Section titled “Step 3 — Review the Club Page”The club page contains:
- Address and directions — the button opens a route in maps
- Hours — opening hours by day of week
- Zones — Standard, Pro, VIP, or other zones configured by the owner
- Rates — prices by zone, minimum session
- Occupancy — free seats right now (if the club has enabled this feature)
- Hall photos — if uploaded by the owner
Step 4 — Add to Favorites
Section titled “Step 4 — Add to Favorites”The Add to Favorites button saves the club for quick access. Next time, the client gets to the club page from the home screen — without searching.
What Affects Search Results
Section titled “What Affects Search Results”Geolocation on: clubs sorted by distance, nearest at the top.
Geolocation off: clubs shown in a list without distance sorting. Search by name or address works in both cases.
After Choosing a Club
Section titled “After Choosing a Club”From the club page, the client can immediately take action:
- Book a seat — select zone, date, and time
- Top up balance — arrive with funds already in the account

Frequently asked questions
How does the app determine the nearest club?
The app uses the phone's geolocation and shows clubs on a map with distance from the current location. Geolocation can be turned off and the club found manually by name or address.
What does the club page in the app show?
Address, hours, available zones (Standard/Pro/VIP), rates, and current hall occupancy if the club enables this.
A client from another city — will they see clubs in their region?
Yes. The map shows all IZI network clubs. With geolocation on — nearest to current location. The map can be scrolled to any city or searched by name.
Is real-time hall occupancy shown?
Depends on the specific club's settings. If the club owner enabled occupancy display — the client sees how many seats are free right now.
Can a club be added to favorites?
Yes. The 'Add to Favorites' button on the club page saves it to a quick-access list. Next time, the client sees their club on the home screen without searching.
How to check club rates before arriving?
The club page in the app shows the list of available rate zones with prices. The client sees the cost before visiting and can top up the right amount in advance.
