Clients Report

Published: · IZI Team

The clients report in Analytics → Clients shows the composition and activity of your client base over time — how many new clients registered, how many returned, and what the overall active base looks like.

New clients — accounts registered in the selected period. A proxy for how effectively marketing and word-of-mouth is bringing in first-time visitors.

Active clients — unique clients with at least one session in the period. The denominator for ARPU calculation.

Returning clients — clients who visited and had previously visited before the period start. The repeat visit rate = returning / active.

Churn — clients who were active in a previous period but not in the current one. Rising churn with flat new clients = declining base.

The clients report includes a trend line over time. Compare periods to see:

  • Is new client acquisition increasing or declining?
  • Is the repeat visit rate stable or degrading?
  • Are there seasonal patterns (weekends vs weekdays, holidays)?

Filter by:

  • Zone (compare Standard vs VIP client patterns)
  • Client group (how do loyalty tier clients behave vs general)
  • Registration source (app vs walk-in)
