Bonuses in the IZI App — Where to Check and How They Work

Section titled “Bonuses in the IZI App — Where to Check and How They Work”

A client’s bonus account is visible in the app in real time: how many accumulated, where they came from, when they expire. Transparency is the main retention tool: the client sees bonuses → returns to spend them before they expire.

Home screen — the bonus balance is displayed next to the gaming balance. The client sees the current balance every time they open the app.

“Bonuses” section — full details:

  • Current balance — how many bonuses are available right now
  • Operation history — chronological list of all awards and deductions
  • Expiry — date by which bonuses must be spent (if set by the club)

Each history line contains:

FieldExample
DateMay 28, 2026
TypeAward / Deduction
SourceTop-up bonus / Birthday / First visit
Amount+150 / −80

Award sources depend on which rules are configured at the club via the bonus engine. Common sources:

  • Top-up bonus — awarded automatically when the balance is topped up via app or register
  • Birthday — if the client entered their birth date in their profile
  • Welcome bonus — on first registration
  • Session cashback — percentage of gaming time cost (if configured)
  • Administrator award — manual award from the CRM

The client doesn’t press anything. When paying for a session or bar order, the system automatically applies bonuses within the allowed percentage of the amount.

The allowed percentage is set by the club owner separately for each rate. Example: “no more than 30% of the session amount can be paid with bonuses.” This protects real club revenue — more in Bonus Engine Overview.

If the club has set an expiry period — the “Bonuses” section shows the “Valid until” date. A few days before expiry, the app sends a notification.

The expiry period is set by the club when creating the award rule. Typical range — 30–60 days: short enough to incentivize a return, but not so short the client can’t spend them.

Without an explicitly set expiry, bonuses don’t expire.

If a client visits multiple clubs in the same network under a single IZI organization — their bonus account is shared across the whole network. Bonuses earned at one club can be spent at another.

If clubs operate independently (separate IZI organizations) — each has its own bonus account.

Frequently asked questions

Where does a client see their bonuses in the app?

In the 'Bonuses' section or on the home screen next to the gaming balance — depends on the club's app configuration. The current balance is always visible on the home screen.

Can a client see where their bonuses came from?

Yes. The operation history shows the source of each award: top-up bonus, birthday, first visit, administrator award — with date and amount.

Does the client choose when to spend bonuses?

Bonuses are deducted automatically when paying for a session or bar order — if the rate allows it. The client doesn't press any buttons: the system applies bonuses within the allowed percentage automatically.

What if there are more bonuses than needed for payment?

Only as many bonuses as the rate allows are deducted — no more. The remainder stays in the account and is used in the next payment.

When do bonuses expire?

Expiry is set by the club when configuring the award rule. Typically 30–60 days from the award date. The expiry date is visible in the 'Bonuses' section of the app.

Do bonuses work at another club in the same network?

Depends on network settings. If clubs operate under a single organization in IZI — the bonus account is shared across the whole network. If clubs are independent — bonuses are valid only at the client's own club.

Client lost their phone — do bonuses expire?

No. The bonus account is stored in the IZI system, not on the device. After logging in on a new phone, all bonuses are intact.

Can bonuses be transferred to another client?

Bonus transfers between client accounts are not available. The bonus account is tied to a specific client.
