App: Booking a PC
Players with the IZI app can reserve a seat at your club in advance — selecting a zone, date, and time slot and receiving instant confirmation. For you as an owner, advance bookings mean predictable occupancy: you know which seats are filled hours before doors open, can prepare the hall, and reduce check-in friction at the counter. Admins see every booking in the CRM Hall view in real time, with no manual transcription required.
How players make a booking

Section titled “Step 1 — Open the Booking section”On the app home screen, tap Book or Reserve a seat.
Step 2 — Select a club
Section titled “Step 2 — Select a club”If the player’s account is linked to a single club, it is selected automatically. Players who visit multiple clubs in the same network can switch between locations from this screen.
Step 3 — Pick a date
Section titled “Step 3 — Pick a date”The app shows a calendar with available dates. Days with no free seats or outside the club’s working schedule appear grayed out and cannot be selected.
Step 4 — Choose a zone and time slot
Section titled “Step 4 — Choose a zone and time slot”The player sees available time slots grouped by zone:
- Standard — regular workstations
- Pro / VIP — premium-equipment zones (shown only if configured in your club)
Already-booked slots are marked unavailable. The player taps a free slot to proceed.
Step 5 — Select a specific PC (if enabled)
Section titled “Step 5 — Select a specific PC (if enabled)”If the club owner has enabled the seat-map view, the player sees the hall layout and can pick an individual PC. Occupied seats are shown in gray.
Step 6 — Confirm the booking
Section titled “Step 6 — Confirm the booking”The confirmation screen displays:
- Club, date, and time
- Zone and seat number (if a specific PC was selected)
- Estimated session cost
The player taps Confirm — the booking is created immediately.
Step 7 — Receive a notification
Section titled “Step 7 — Receive a notification”After confirmation, the player gets a push notification with booking details: club, date, time, and zone. A reminder notification arrives 30–60 minutes before the session starts (if your club has reminders enabled).
The booking is also visible in the app under My Bookings.
What admins see in the CRM
Section titled “What admins see in the CRM”All active bookings appear in the Hall section of the IZI CRM:

How advance bookings affect club operations
Section titled “How advance bookings affect club operations”Predictable occupancy. Admins know how many seats are reserved and when to expect player arrivals. This makes it practical to power on specific machines in advance and prepare the hall without guessing.
Shorter queues at the counter. A player with a confirmed booking skips the standard check-in line — staff greet them at the door and walk them to their seat. Combine this with QR check-in for the fastest possible entry flow.
Less manual work for staff. Phone and verbal reservations require an admin to log every detail by hand. App bookings land directly in the CRM — no transcription errors, no missed bookings.

Frequently asked questions
Can a player pick a specific PC or only a zone?
It depends on your club's configuration. If the club has seat-map view enabled, the player sees the hall layout and selects a specific PC. Otherwise they choose a zone (Standard / Pro / VIP).
Is payment charged at the time of booking?
No. A booking reserves the seat but does not deduct funds. The session tariff is charged at session start when the player arrives and checks in.
What happens if the player doesn't show up?
The admin sees the overdue booking in the CRM Hall view and cancels it manually. You can also configure auto-cancellation after a set number of minutes in booking settings.
How does a player cancel a booking?
In the app under My Bookings — tap Cancel. Cancellation is available until the booked time begins. After the booked start time, cancellation must be done by an admin.
Can a player book for multiple days at once?
Each booking is created separately. The player creates one booking per visit. A repeating-schedule feature is not available at this time.
Can players book with zero balance?
Yes — a booking only reserves the seat and does not require any balance. Payment happens at session start, so players should top up their balance before arriving.
How far in advance can players book?
The booking horizon is configured by the club owner. Typical range is 1 to 7 days ahead.
What if a player wants a different zone after booking?
Cancel the existing booking and create a new one for the desired zone. Editing an existing booking from within the app is not supported.
