App: Push Notifications

IZI sends push notifications to players’ phones to keep them informed about their account and sessions. Players must have notifications enabled in their phone settings for these to arrive.

Session-related

  • Session ending soon (configurable threshold, e.g. 10 minutes remaining)
  • Session ended

Balance-related

  • Balance is low (configurable threshold)
  • Top-up confirmed

Bonus-related

  • Bonus credited to account
  • Bonus expiring soon (if expiration is configured)

Bookings

  • Booking confirmed
  • Booking reminder (e.g. 30 minutes before scheduled start)
  • Booking cancelled

Club communications (manual)

  • Owners and managers can send a manual push to all clients or a specific group from CRM → Marketing → Push notifications
  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Set thresholds:
    • Session warning: minutes before expiry
    • Low balance: amount threshold

Players can manage which notifications they receive in the IZI app settings → Notifications. They can opt out of marketing messages while keeping transactional alerts.
