IZI Mobile App for Players

IZI Mobile App — the client interface for gaming club players. Through it, a player independently manages their account: tops up balance, views bonuses and visit history, and in some clubs — books a seat in advance.

What It Means in Simple Terms

Previously, to top up balance a player walked to the admin, handed over cash or a card, and waited for the admin to enter the amount. The mobile app removes this step: the player tops up from their phone at any moment — even before arriving at the club.

For the club this is doubly beneficial: less admin load at the desk during peak hours, and players top up not only when standing at the cashier, but also when commuting, when they remember they want to come tomorrow, or when they see a promotion. This directly affects average spend and visit frequency.

What Players Can Do in the App

Balance and top-up — main screen. Current game balance, top-up history, active tariffs (multipass if purchased). Top-up: select amount, pay by card through built-in payment processing.

Bonuses — current bonus balance and accrual history. If the club has top-up bonus configured, players see how many bonuses were credited and what they can be spent on.

Visit history — list of completed sessions with date, duration, amount charged, and zone. Useful for checking the last session or remaining balance.

Booking — in clubs where the feature is enabled, players can select a specific PC or zone and reserve it for a set time. On arrival, the admin opens the booked session without queueing.

How It Connects to the Club CRM

The mobile app is the client “front end” of the same system admins see in CRM. They look at the same data from different sides:

• Player topped up in the app → admin sees the top-up in CRM
• Admin opened a session in CRM → player sees in app that session is active and how much time remains

A player’s app account = their client card in CRM. All synced in real time.
