IZI CRM — Gaming Club Management Platform
IZI CRM — Gaming Club Management Platform
Section titled “IZI CRM — Gaming Club Management Platform”IZI CRM is a browser-based management system that brings everything a gaming or computer club needs to operate under one roof: real-time hall control, player account management (gaming and bonus balances), tariff configuration, bar and merchandise warehouse, cash shift tracking, and built-in analytics. An admin opens CRM on any device with a browser and immediately sees the full picture: which seats are occupied, whose time is running low, and what the shift revenue looks like so far. A manager goes into analytics and, without exporting anything, reviews player retention, hourly hall load, and tariff sales trends.
IZI CRM works in tandem with IZI Boot — the agent installed on each club PC that locks machines between sessions and runs games on command from CRM — and with IZI Monitoring, which watches hardware health across the hall. All three products are part of the IZI platform, each handling a distinct layer: CRM is the management brain, Boot is the device-level executor, Monitoring is the hardware observer.
Interface structure
Section titled “Interface structure”CRM navigation is divided into four zones: Main, Analytics, Catalog, and Equipment. At the organisation level, separate areas cover Management, Billing, and Marketing.
Main — day-to-day hall operations
Section titled “Main — day-to-day hall operations”| CRM Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Hall (Command Center) | Device map: status of every seat, start/end/transfer sessions |
| Orders | Bar and kitchen orders received, order history |
| Order Pickup | Active orders ready for pickup at the counter |
| Cash Registers & Accounts | Cash movements, registers, transaction categories |
| Shift | Live shift dashboard, shift history |
| Monitoring | Device status across the hall, alerts |
Catalog — products for sale
Section titled “Catalog — products for sale”This section holds tariffs, products, combo sets, promotions, discounts, tariff groups, and schedules. Admins create new tariffs and configure pricing here; managers manage the bar assortment.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”All reports are available in-app without exports: key metrics, same-day hourly data, tariff reports, product reports, warehouse reports, player reports, and shift reports.
Session management (Hall)
Section titled “Session management (Hall)”The Command Center is the main screen during a shift. Each device card shows the client name (or “Guest”), tariff, remaining time, and current status.
What you can do with a session:
- Start — select a client, tariff, and device
- Extend — add time (available while at least one full minute remains before the next booking)
- Transfer — move an active session to a different device
- End — manually, or automatically when the tariff expires
- Pay — accept payment at the end of the session
A session can end in three ways: manually by the admin, manually by the player (via IZI Boot), or automatically on a timer (autoByTime). The session card shows who created it and how — a staff member via CRM or the player themselves through the mobile app.
Auto-renewal
Section titled “Auto-renewal”For tariff sessions, you can enable auto-renewal: the next tariff is added automatically before the current one expires. If the player’s account does not have enough funds, renewal is skipped and the session ends at the scheduled time.
Players
Section titled “Players”The Players section is the database of all registered club members. Filters let you find a player by:
- name or phone number
- player group
- gaming balance range
- bonus balance range
- total playtime
- total amount spent
- whether a phone number is on file
The table shows key metrics for each player: Gaming Balance, Bonus Balance, Total Playtime, Total Spent, Last Visit.
Player profile
Section titled “Player profile”The player card contains:
- personal data: first name, last name, nickname, phone, email, date of birth (with verification)
- name-change history
- admin notes
- financial data: balances, transactions
- statistics: number of sessions, recent tariffs, products, orders, and combos
Players can be added to groups — used for segmentation in automation rules and analytics reports.
Tariffs
Section titled “Tariffs”A tariff is the rule for selling game time. Each tariff defines:
- Name — displayed to both the player and staff
- Tariff group — required to include the tariff in the booking catalog
- Zones — which devices the tariff covers
- Time return policy on early session end:
- Keep Remaining Time — unused time carries over to the player’s next sessions
- Return to Bonus — unused time is converted proportionally to bonus balance
- Burn Remaining Time — unused time is forfeited
Each tariff can set a Maximum Bonus Percentage — a cap on how much of the payment can come from bonus balance.
Tariffs are organised via tariff groups, and discounts are configured through tariff discounts. For more on building a tariff grid, see Analytics: Revenue Report.
Warehouse and bar inventory
Section titled “Warehouse and bar inventory”The Warehouse section handles quantity tracking for all stock items. Operations:
| Operation | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Receiving | Incoming stock from a supplier |
| Write-off | Manual removal of items (breakage, expiry) |
| Stocktaking | Reconcile actual quantities against system records |
| History | Full log of all warehouse movements |
Sales via orders automatically reduce warehouse stock, giving you a live view of real consumption without manual adjustments. For more on bar workflows, see Bar: Overview.
Shifts
Section titled “Shifts”A shift structures the admin’s working period. When a shift opens, the opening cash balance is recorded. The shift dashboard shows live revenue by payment channel. On close, a report is generated — an X-report is available mid-shift, a Z-report is produced on closing — with a breakdown by payment type and any discrepancies.
Shift history is stored without a time limit and is available for audit at any time. For more, see Shifts: Opening and Closing.
Transactions
Section titled “Transactions”The Transactions section is a log of all balance operations for players: top-ups, session charges, bonus refunds, and automation credits. Transactions can be tagged with transaction tags for deeper analysis in the bonus and revenue reports.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”IZI CRM includes built-in reports — no third-party BI tools needed:
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Key Metrics | ARPU, revenue, player count, hall utilisation |
| Same-Day Analytics | Hourly data for the current day |
| Tariff Sales | Revenue distribution across tariffs |
| Product Report | Bar sales, margin, warehouse movement |
| Player Report | Revenue, retention rate, cohorts by first payment |
| Hall Load Heatmap | Load by day of week and hour |
| Shift Report | Summary for each closed shift |
| Suspicious Actions | Staff operation anomalies, device irregularities |
| Price Simulator | Model revenue impact of tariff grid changes |
For guidance on reading these metrics, see Analytics: Overview.
Automation and marketing
Section titled “Automation and marketing”Automation is configured at the organisation level under Marketing → Automation. Rules trigger on events and execute actions: award bonuses, change a player’s group, send a notification. The Run History section stores a log of every execution with its result.
Promotional tools include promo campaigns and promo codes — mechanics for acquiring and retaining players. For more, see Automation: Overview.
Organisation management
Section titled “Organisation management”At the organisation level (above individual clubs), CRM provides:
- Roles — define permission sets for job positions
- Access — add staff members and assign roles
- Action Log — audit trail of all changes in the system
- Billing / IZI Subscription — manage the platform subscription plan
- Providers and Payments — configure payment integrations
- Notifications — configure notification templates
IZI CRM, Boot, and Monitoring: how they connect
Section titled “IZI CRM, Boot, and Monitoring: how they connect”IZI is a unified platform where each product owns a distinct layer:
| Product | Role | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| IZI CRM | Operations management, analytics, configuration | Admin, manager, owner |
| IZI Boot | PC agent: lock, timer, player interface | Player (via Boot); CRM issues commands |
| IZI Monitoring | Hardware monitoring and alerts | Technical staff, admin |
CRM is the entry point for all management: tariffs created here are applied in Boot; hardware data from devices appears in the CRM Monitoring section. For new clubs, Premium Support provides hands-on assistance with initial setup and onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
What is IZI CRM?
IZI CRM is a browser-based application for managing a computer or gaming club. It brings hall control (Command Center), player account management, tariffs, warehouse, shifts, and analytics into a single interface. It works alongside IZI Boot on each club PC and IZI Monitoring for hardware tracking.
What is the Command Center in IZI CRM?
The Command Center (Hall section) is the main screen during a shift. The admin sees all devices in the hall, the status of every session, and can start or end a session, move a player to another device, or extend their time. A session is created by selecting a tariff, a client (or guest), and a device.
How do tariffs work in IZI CRM?
A tariff sets the price of game time and the rules for billing. Each tariff has a policy for unused time on early finish: Keep Remaining Time, Return to Bonus, or Burn Remaining Time. Tariffs are grouped into tariff groups for use in the booking catalog.
What does a player profile contain?
The player profile contains name, phone, email, date of birth, player groups, admin notes, gaming balance, bonus balance, and full history of sessions, transactions, orders, and tariffs. A separate name-change history is also stored.
What is a shift in IZI CRM?
A shift tracks an admin's working period: revenue, cash movements, and discrepancies. The shift dashboard shows live metrics. After closing, the history of shifts is available with X-reports (mid-shift) and Z-reports (on close).
Does IZI CRM have a warehouse module?
Yes. The Warehouse section tracks bar and merchandise inventory: receiving, write-offs, stocktaking, and movement history. Bar sales via orders automatically reduce stock levels.
How does IZI CRM differ from IZI Boot?
IZI Boot is an agent installed on each club PC: it locks the machine between sessions, launches games, and shows a timer and balance to the player. IZI CRM is the browser interface for admins and managers: it controls sessions, tariffs, players, and finances. They work as a pair — CRM sends the command, Boot executes it on the device.
What is IZI Monitoring?
IZI Monitoring is a separate platform module that tracks hardware state across the hall: online/offline status, hardware metrics, and alerts. Monitoring data is visible inside the Monitoring section of the CRM interface.
What analytics does IZI CRM include?
Built-in reports cover: key KPI metrics, same-day hourly analytics, tariff sales, product/bar sales, warehouse, player cohorts and retention, shift summaries, hall load heatmap, suspicious staff actions, and a price simulator for modelling revenue changes.
What is bonus balance in IZI CRM?
Bonus balance is virtual currency on a player's account, credited via top-ups or automation rules. It can be used to pay for sessions and orders. Each tariff can cap the share of payment from bonus balance via the Maximum Bonus Percentage parameter.
How does automation work in IZI CRM?
Automation is configured at the organisation level (not per club) under Marketing → Automation. Rules trigger on events and perform actions: award bonuses, change player group, send a notification. The Run History section logs every execution and its result.
How are staff permissions managed in IZI CRM?
Through the Roles section at the organisation level. A role defines a permission set: which sections an employee can see, whether they can close sessions, view financial data, or manage the warehouse. Users are added and assigned roles in the Access section.
