Bonus Program in IZI: Setup and Management
Bonus Program in IZI
Section titled “Bonus Program in IZI”This section describes the IZI bonus system: how accrual rules are configured, which triggers activate them, how usage is restricted, and when bonuses expire. The bonus program is the primary tool for retention and average check growth in a club.
The bonus engine operates on an event model: event (top-up, first visit, birthday) → condition (amount, segment, tariff) → action (accrue bonus, percentage, or fixed amount). An administrator configures rules once; the system applies them automatically without cashier involvement.
Key levers: accrual percentage on top-up (incentivizes topping up), maximum bonus payment percentage per tariff (protects margin), bonus expiration period (creates urgency for a visit). These three parameters are calibrated to the economics of each individual club.
