CRM: Automations
Section titled “CRM: Automations”The Automations section of IZI CRM is a system of event-based rules that execute actions without cashier involvement. An event occurs (balance top-up, first visit, birthday) → conditions are checked → an action executes (accrue bonus, send notification, assign rank).
Automations handle loyalty routine: top-up bonus, welcome accrual, reminders for dormant clients, birthday greeting. A rule configured once runs without ongoing administrator supervision.
The section contains three key tools: rules (if X → then Y), actions catalog (what the system can do), and history (a log of all triggers for auditing).
