What is IZI

IZI is a software platform that covers the full operational cycle of a computer club: from starting a session on a specific PC to closing a shift with a breakdown of revenue by payment channel. One tool instead of Excel spreadsheets, separate POS systems, and notes in messengers.

IZI covers all key club processes in a unified system:

ModuleWhat it does
HallReal-time PC management: sessions, bookings, transfers, tariffs
TariffsFlexible pricing with schedules, zones, and discounts
ClientsPlayer database with balances, history, and groups
TransactionsFull financial log: top-ups, charges, refunds, adjustments
Bar & OrdersTaking and processing food and drink orders
WarehouseStock tracking, incoming deliveries, write-offs
ShiftsShift open/close, cash collection, X-report
AutomationRules for bonus accrual, push notifications, and group management

IZI is built for owners and managers of computer clubs — regardless of size: a single hall with 10 machines or a network of several venues. The system operates at the organisation level: one account, multiple clubs, shared automation rules.

The platform solves three practical problems:

  • Operations without paperwork — the administrator sees all PCs on one screen, starts sessions and accepts payment in seconds.
  • Real-time visibility — hall occupancy, shift revenue, warehouse stock — all current, right now.
  • Player retention — bonus system, ranks, personalised discounts by client group.

IZI Boot lets you create a master disk image and deploy it to any PC in the hall with one command — recovering from a virus or resetting settings takes minutes, not hours. Monitoring shows CPU, memory, network, and disk on each machine in real time with Telegram alerts.

The player mobile app connects to the same system: a player tops up their balance, places a bar order, and receives a push notification about bonus accrual — all without the administrator.

The key difference from spreadsheets and POS systems

Section titled “The key difference from spreadsheets and POS systems”

An ordinary POS counts money. IZI knows who brought that money, on which PC, under which tariff, how many hours they’ve spent in the club in total, and what bonus to credit them. That’s the difference between recording a fact and managing a business.

Frequently asked questions

How is IZI different from Excel and a standard point-of-sale system?

A standard POS records that a payment happened. IZI knows who paid, on which PC, under which tariff, how many hours that client has spent in the club in total, and what bonus to credit — automatically. Excel doesn't update in real time: while one administrator writes a booking into a spreadsheet, another staff member may already seat someone at the same PC.

How many PCs does IZI support?

There is no hard limit on the number of machines per hall. One administrator manages the entire hall from a single Control Center screen — 20, 40, or 80 PCs equally. If you operate multiple venues, all of them run under a single organisation account with no reinstallation required.

Does something need to be installed on every gaming PC?

A lightweight IZI client application is installed on gaming PCs to track sessions and display the screensaver between sessions. The admin side is browser-based — open the CRM on any device. IZI Boot is a separate tool that lets you create a master disk image and deploy it to any machine in minutes.

Does IZI work if the internet goes down temporarily?

Core operations — starting and ending sessions, accepting cash payments — continue to work on the local network in most configurations. Cloud sync and analytics resume when connectivity is restored. Exact offline behaviour depends on version and setup; confirm with the IZI team during onboarding.

How does IZI handle multiple venues in one network?

All venues operate under a single organisation account. Automation rules, tariffs, and client groups can be configured at organisation level — applying to all clubs — or scoped to individual venues. Analytics are available per venue and in a consolidated view.

Is the bar module a separate application?

No, the bar is built into the same system. Administrators take bar orders from within the club interface; the barista sees a live kanban board on their screen. Order payments go through the player's IZI balance — no separate cash handling or separate POS terminal.

Is there a mobile app for players?

Yes. Players top up their balance, place bar orders, view their visit history, and receive push notifications about bonuses — all without involving the administrator. This reduces front-desk load during peak hours and gives the club a direct communication channel with the player.

How long does initial IZI setup take for a new venue?

Basic configuration — tariffs, zones, schedules — takes a few hours. A full launch with a bonus programme, client groups, and automations takes 1–3 days depending on the number of tariff grids and hall layout specifics. The IZI team guides you through onboarding.

Can I import an existing client base from another system?

Yes. IZI supports client base import via CSV. Names, phone numbers, and balances are transferred. The system flags duplicates during upload. Full step-by-step instructions are in the migration guide.

How does IZI calculate shift revenue?

When a shift is closed, IZI generates an X-report: revenue broken down by payment channel (cash, card, bonus, balance), with hall and bar shown separately, plus cash reconciliation. The administrator enters the actual cash amount and the system shows the discrepancy. All data is stored and available for analysis.

What is IZI Boot and why does a club need it?

IZI Boot is a tool for the club's system administrator. Create a master disk image from one PC — clean OS, games, settings — then deploy it to any machine in the hall with a single command. Recovering from a virus or commissioning a new PC takes minutes instead of hours of manual reinstallation.

Does IZI have hardware monitoring?

Yes. The Monitoring tab shows real-time CPU load, RAM usage, network, and disk for every PC. You can configure Telegram alerts — if a machine overheats or freezes, the administrator is notified before any player complains.
