IZI App for Players — Full Feature Overview
IZI App for Players — What the App Can Do
Section titled “IZI App for Players — What the App Can Do”The IZI mobile app puts the guest-facing side of the platform in every player’s pocket. A guest installs it once and then manages their own account without involving the admin: top up balance, book a seat, order from the bar, track bonuses.
For the club, the app is more than convenience. It is a direct communication channel with every player via push notifications, a lever for growing average spend through the top-up bonus, and a way to take pressure off the desk at peak hours.
Core Features
Section titled “Core Features”Balance Top-Up
Section titled “Balance Top-Up”A guest tops up their gaming balance by card directly in the app — no cash, no queue. If the club has a top-up bonus configured, it is credited automatically at the moment of payment. The guest immediately sees how many bonus points landed in their account.
This is one of the key levers for growing revenue: guests top up larger amounts when they know a bonus arrives instantly, not “sometime later.”

Seat Booking
Section titled “Seat Booking”From the app, a guest picks a zone (Standard / Pro / VIP — depending on the club’s configuration), date, and time. The booking appears in the CRM immediately: the admin sees it under Hall and prepares the seat in advance.
When the guest arrives, there is no queue — the admin identifies them by booking or QR code in seconds.
More detail — Booking in the App.
QR Check-In
Section titled “QR Check-In”A QR code hangs at the club entrance or at each gaming seat. The guest scans it through the app and starts a session without saying a word to the admin. This matters most at peak hours when there is a line at the desk.
More detail — QR Check-In.
Bar Orders
Section titled “Bar Orders”The guest never has to leave their seat: open the Bar section in the app, choose items, confirm. Payment is deducted from the gaming balance. The admin receives the order in the CRM bar interface and brings it to the seat.
The result — bar revenue grows without extra movement from staff.

Bonus Balance
Section titled “Bonus Balance”The guest sees their current bonus balance, the history of credits, and the date when bonuses expire. The expiry date is a powerful reason to return before points reset.
The more transparently a guest can see their bonuses, the higher retention.
More detail — Bonuses in the App.
Push Notifications
Section titled “Push Notifications”The club sends notifications directly through the app — no third-party mailing service needed. Expiring bonus reminders, promotion announcements, booking confirmations. Configured through IZI automations.

Profile and History
Section titled “Profile and History”In the profile the guest sees their visit history, time played, and amounts spent. If a guest first visited as a one-time visitor and later registered, history is pulled in automatically by phone number.

| Push notifications | Direct communication channel with no third-party service |
| Bonus balance in app | Guests see bonuses → come back to spend them |
How This Differs from Walking to the Desk
Section titled “How This Differs from Walking to the Desk”Without the app, a guest goes to the admin every time: to top up, to book, to ask about a promotion. With the app, the admin deals only with first-time visitors or guests with non-standard requests.
In clubs with an active app user base, the share of top-ups completed through the app is significant, and desk pressure during peak hours drops noticeably compared to clubs where the app is not actively promoted.

Frequently asked questions
How is the IZI app different from walking up to the counter?
Through the app, a guest tops up their balance, books a seat, orders from the bar, and checks their bonuses — no queue, no admin needed. It is full self-service from a phone.
Do players have to install the app to visit the club?
No, installation is not required. A one-time visitor can walk in without the app. However, without it bonuses, online top-up, and booking are unavailable — and those are the main retention tools.
What is the app called in the App Store and Google Play?
The app is called IZI. Guests find it by searching 'IZI gaming club' or by scanning a QR code that the admin prints for the club.
What does the admin see when a guest uses the app?
Every app action — top-ups, bookings, bar orders — appears in the CRM instantly. The operation source is shown as 'App'.
Does the app work without an account?
Browsing clubs on the map and viewing club info works without an account. Balance top-up, booking, and bonuses require an account with a verified phone number.
A guest lost their phone — what happens to their balance?
The balance is stored in the IZI system, not on the device. The guest installs the app on a new phone, signs in with the same number, and sees their full balance and history.
Does the app work offline?
QR check-in via an offline code works without a constant connection. Top-up and booking require an internet connection.
How does a club owner promote the app?
Through QR codes at the entrance and at each gaming seat, a bonus for the first install, and an admin script during guest registration. See the guide on promoting the app in-club.
Can a guest use one app across multiple clubs in the network?
Yes. A guest can visit any IZI network club — balance and bonuses follow them. History is preserved when switching between clubs in the same network.
Is there a tablet version of the app?
The app is designed for smartphones. It opens on a tablet, but the interface is optimized for a portrait phone screen.
