How to Check Club Revenue in IZI
How to Check Club Revenue in IZI
Section titled “How to Check Club Revenue in IZI”IZI CRM lets you view club revenue in two time frames: a specific day (Daily Analytics) and any custom period (KPI Dashboard). The system provides two calculation methods — cash-basis and accrual — so you can separate real money flow from services actually consumed. In the Finance section of the KPI dashboard, the “Cash-Basis Revenue” and “Accrual Revenue” cards display figures with a trend arrow relative to your chosen comparison period. Alongside these you get breakdowns by tariffs, bar, combo packages, and top-up method (Cash / Card / Online). All analytics respect the club’s local time zone and are available at day, week, month, and quarter granularity.
Two Revenue Calculation Methods
Section titled “Two Revenue Calculation Methods”IZI uses two complementary approaches:
| Method | Formula | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| Cash-Basis Revenue | Balance top-ups − Withdrawals | Money flow: how much cash came into the register |
| Accrual Revenue | Balance charges − Refunds | Consumption: how much service was actually delivered |
Cash-basis revenue increases the moment a player tops up their account. Accrual revenue is recognized when the player spends that balance on tariffs or bar items. The difference between the two represents customer balances that have been loaded but not yet spent.
Step 1. Open Club Analytics
Section titled “Step 1. Open Club Analytics”- Log in to IZI CRM and select the club from your organization list.
- In the left menu, click Analytics.
- Choose the tab that fits your goal:
- Daily — metrics for a single day, with an optional comparison date.
- KPI — metrics for a custom date range (week to quarter) with trend charts.
Step 2. Daily Revenue — Key Metrics Section
Section titled “Step 2. Daily Revenue — Key Metrics Section”On the Daily dashboard the Key Metrics section contains these cards:
- Cash-Basis Revenue — top-ups for the day minus withdrawals.
- Accrual Revenue — charges for the day minus refunds.
- Tariff Sales — total payments for gaming tariffs that day.
- Bar Sales — total payments for bar items that day.
- Combo Sales — total payments for combo packages that day.
- Average Ticket — average spend per balance transaction.
In the top-right corner you can set the date and a comparison date (defaults to the same day one month prior). A time-of-day filter is also available if you need revenue for a specific part of the day rather than the full 24 hours.
Step 3. Period Revenue — KPI Dashboard
Section titled “Step 3. Period Revenue — KPI Dashboard”For monthly or quarterly analysis, use the KPI tab. The interface is organized into sections.
Finance Section
Section titled “Finance Section”Key cards for an owner:

Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Why is cash-basis revenue higher than accrual revenue? This is normal: customers have topped up their balances but have not yet spent all of it within the period. The gap equals the net balance sitting in player accounts.
Why does tariff revenue not match cash-basis revenue? Cash-basis revenue is calculated from top-ups, while tariff revenue is calculated from actual charges for gaming time. Additionally, tariff revenue excludes bonus-funded charges.
Can I export the data? Yes. Each chart in the KPI dashboard has an export button that downloads the data as a CSV file directly from the chart.
Are bonus payments included in revenue? Cash-basis revenue: no — only real money top-ups count. Accrual revenue: yes — bonus charges are included in the totals. To see real-money revenue only, use the “Tariff Revenue” and “Combo Revenue” cards in the Finance section.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I see today's revenue in IZI CRM?
Open the club → Analytics → Key Metrics (daily tab). The 'Cash-Basis Revenue' and 'Accrual Revenue' cards show figures for the selected date. You can also set a comparison date to view the delta.
What is the difference between cash-basis and accrual revenue?
Cash-basis revenue counts real money received: balance top-ups minus withdrawals (TOP_UP − WITHDRAW). Accrual revenue counts services actually consumed: balance charges minus refunds (CHARGE − REFUND). Use cash-basis to track money flow, and accrual to measure actual service delivery.
How do I view revenue for a month or quarter?
In the KPI dashboard, switch the date range to the desired period. Day, week, month, and quarter granularities are available. The Revenue chart updates to show the trend for that period.
What is included in tariff revenue?
Only real-money payments for gaming tariffs (CHARGE with subject=GAME). Bonus-funded charges are excluded. This gives you a clean view of monetized gaming time.
How do I split revenue by payment method?
The 'Top-Up Methods' chart in the KPI dashboard breaks balance top-ups into three channels: Cash, Card (POS terminal), and Online (acquiring / mobile app).
What is bar revenue in IZI?
'Bar Revenue (net of refunds)' is the total of bar charges minus bar refunds. It appears as a dedicated card in the Bar Data section of the KPI dashboard.
