QR Check-in

Instead of saying their phone number at the cashier, players can open a QR code in the IZI app and have the admin scan it. The client profile loads the same way as a phone number search.

Player side

1. Open IZI app → tap the QR icon (or profile → Show QR)
2. The QR code displays — it’s tied to their account

The QR refreshes periodically for security.

Admin side

1. In the cashier or client search screen, click the QR scanner icon
2. Point the camera at the player’s phone screen
3. The client profile loads automatically

When it’s useful

• Noisy environment where it’s hard to hear the phone number
• Player doesn’t remember their registered number
• Faster check-in at peak times
