Balance Top-Up in the IZI App — Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Clients top up their gaming balance directly from the app — by card or via Apple Pay / Google Pay. Funds are credited instantly, and top-up bonuses are awarded automatically if configured at the club.

Topping up via the app means no queue at the register and no cash needed.

On the home screen, tap Top Up or navigate to the Balance section. Current balance and bonus account are immediately visible.

The client enters an amount manually or selects from quick options. If the club has a top-up bonus configured, the app shows a prompt: how many bonuses will be awarded for this amount.

Example prompts: “Top up 500 → get 50 bonuses,” “Top up 1000 → get 150 bonuses.” This is the top-up ladder — an incentive to top up more at once.

Available methods depend on the club’s settings and payment provider:

For a card — enter CVV and pass 3DS verification (bank SMS code). For Apple Pay / Google Pay — biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint scanner).

After a successful payment:

  • Balance in the app updates instantly
  • If a top-up bonus is configured — bonus account is topped up automatically
  • A notification arrives with the top-up amount and awarded bonus

The main difference — offloading the register. The client can top up before arriving at the club — and sit down to play immediately without queuing.

Every app top-up appears in the client card in ClientsTransaction History:

  • Date and time
  • Top-up amount
  • Source: App
  • Bonus awarded (if any)

In the shift report, app top-ups are listed on a separate line by source. This lets you see the share of online top-ups in total revenue.

Available payment methods depend on the connected provider:

  • UAE — Visa/Mastercard cards, regional payment systems
  • Russia and CIS — MIR cards, YooKassa, Tinkoff, and other supported providers
  • Latin America and other regions — local acquiring services

The specific payment methods at your club are in the payment provider settings in the CRM, or from the IZI team at onboarding.

Frequently asked questions

What payment methods are supported?

Bank card via built-in acquiring. Additionally — Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by the connected payment provider. The specific set depends on the country and club settings.

Is a top-up bonus awarded when topping up via the app?

Yes, if the club has a top-up bonus configured. The bonus is awarded automatically at the moment of a successful payment — regardless of payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Does the card need to be saved each time?

The card can be saved on the first top-up — next time just enter the CVV or confirm via biometrics. Saved cards are stored in encrypted form on the payment provider's side.

Is there a limit on the top-up amount?

Limits are set by the payment provider and can vary by region. Typical upper limit — from 5,000 to 50,000 local currency units per transaction. No restrictions on the number of top-ups per day.

Can money be returned after a top-up?

Refunds are processed by the club administrator via CRM. Refund availability depends on the acquiring terms and club policy. Already-spent balance cannot be refunded.

Funds arrived in balance but bonus wasn't awarded — what to do?

Verify the club has configured a top-up bonus rule and the top-up amount meets the rule conditions. If everything looks correct — contact the administrator, who can check rule settings.

Is a top-up visible in transaction history?

Yes. In the app's 'History' section, every top-up is shown with date, amount, and awarded bonus. The administrator sees the same in the CRM client card.

How quickly does money appear in the balance?

Instantly after successful card charge. If money hasn't appeared — check bank notifications. A delay is possible during technical issues on the acquiring side.
