Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If a session didn’t start:
- Check that the IZI client is running on the target computer
- Check that the tariff is active and linked to the correct zone
- Check that a shift is open (sessions cannot start without an open shift)
If the tariff isn’t showing when selecting:
- The tariff is linked to a different zone — change the device’s zone or create a tariff for the correct zone

Frequently asked questions
What do I need for a 15-minute start?
An active IZI account, a created organization and club, at least one computer with the IZI client installed, and a basic pricing decision. Registration and club creation must be completed before this guide.
What is the IZI client?
The IZI client (IZI agent) is a program installed on each gaming computer via the IZI client installer. It connects the machine to the CRM: makes it visible in the hall, accepts start and stop session commands, and displays status. Without the IZI client, the computer won't appear in the hall.
Can I start with just one computer?
Yes. This quick start is designed for one computer — it's enough to run the full cycle and confirm the system works. Then connect the remaining machines using the same approach.
What if the computer doesn't appear in the hall after installing the agent?
Check: the computer is on the same subnet as the server, the IZI client is running, and the device UUID is entered correctly. If the device was registered before — check whether it appears duplicated in the device list.
Must zones be created before connecting devices?
Yes. Every device is assigned to a zone. Without a zone, a device cannot be added to the hall. Minimum — one zone.
Can I accept a real client right after this guide?
Technically — yes. In practice, it's recommended to first run a test shift (5–10 minutes with no guests) to confirm the tariff works correctly and the register calculates properly.
What if there's no tariff with the right price?
Create the simplest tariff: type 'hourly', the price you consider your starting rate. Tariffs are easy to change later via Settings → Tariffs. Leave complex pricing for after the first week of operation.
