Paid Subscription Services in IZI: What Is Connected Separately
Paid Subscription Services in IZI: What Is Connected Separately
Section titled “Paid Subscription Services in IZI: What Is Connected Separately”The base subscription opens the CRM, the hall, the cash register and tariffs. Some features are connected as separate services: not every club needs them, and only those who use them pay for them. Services are connected in the IZI Subscription section of the organization. For prices see IZI Pricing; for the general payment scheme see IZI Subscription.
Which features belong to which service
Section titled “Which features belong to which service”| Service | What it opens |
|---|---|
| Monitoring | Alerts about the state of the club’s computers. See IZI Monitoring |
| Wake-on-LAN | Turning PCs on remotely from the CRM. See Wake-on-LAN |
| Hybrid disk | Network boot of PCs through IZI Boot. Not sold separately — included in premium support. See IZI Boot |
| Premium support | Extended support plus three modules at once: monitoring, Wake-on-LAN and the hybrid disk. See Premium support |
| Phone login on the widget | A guest starts a session and unlocks a PC on the widget screen without the app |
| Player notifications | Your own messages to a player: a card on the PC screen and voice announcement. The subscription is free, each message sent is charged. The emergency broadcast to the whole club is always free and does not depend on the service |
| Game updates | IZI support updates games manually |
| Club’s own app | An app under your brand. Connected through support, terms are discussed individually. See White-label app |
What happens if a service is not connected
Section titled “What happens if a service is not connected”Where a feature needs a service (for example monitoring alerts, the PC power-on button or network boot settings), the CRM shows a “Service not connected” screen instead, with a hint to connect it in the IZI Subscription section. Your data and settings are not lost — the feature starts working as soon as the service is connected.
How to connect and disconnect
Section titled “How to connect and disconnect”- Open the IZI Subscription section of the organization.
- Pick the service in the list and press the connect button.
- If you have several clubs, tick the clubs that need the service or connect it for the whole network. For the whole network, the service also applies to clubs you open later.
- Confirm.
Payment is by actual use: the service appears in the invoice at the end of the period. Some services have a free trial — its length is shown on the service card. After the trial an extra invoice covers the rest of the month, and then the service joins the regular monthly invoice.
You can disable a service in the same place. Money for the current month is not refunded, but the service will not appear in the next invoice. Required services, such as the base subscription, cannot be disabled.
The Connecting status
Section titled “The Connecting status”Some services — Wake-on-LAN, hybrid disk and premium support — are set up by IZI support, because they need work on the club’s equipment. After you connect one, its card shows the Connecting status.
- Until support finishes the setup, the club does not pay for the service.
- When support moves the service to billing, the trial starts (if the service has one) and then regular charges begin. The trial counts from this moment, not from the moment you pressed Connect.
- If the service is connected for the whole network and not all clubs are set up yet, the card shows how many clubs are still waiting.
- A new or restored club that joins a whole-network service also waits for setup first and is not charged.

Section titled “See also”Frequently asked questions
Why does the CRM say "Service not connected"?
The feature is part of a paid service that is not connected for this club in your organization. Connect the service in the IZI Subscription section of the organization and the screen disappears.
What does the Connecting status mean?
IZI support sets the service up for you (Wake-on-LAN, hybrid disk, premium). Until the setup is finished the club does not pay for the service. When support moves the service to billing, the trial starts (if the service has one) and then regular charges begin.
Do I need to connect monitoring and Wake-on-LAN separately if I have premium support?
No. Premium support already includes monitoring, Wake-on-LAN and the hybrid disk, and you are not charged for them a second time.
Is money refunded if I disable a service?
Money for the current month is not refunded, but the service will not appear in the next invoice.
