Creating Your First Club in IZI CRM

A club in IZI is a single physical location of your business: a specific hall with its own address, cash register, zones, and tariffs. Before you create a club you need to create an organization — the organization is the legal wrapper that holds all your clubs. Once the organization exists, open its settings and click Create Club. A two-step form opens: step one covers core details (name, phone, address, map pin, country, city, currency, and timezone); step two covers media (cover image and interior photos). IZI validates required fields in real time and will not let you save an incomplete record. Two fields carry lasting consequences you cannot easily undo: currency is tied to every transaction the club ever records, and timezone determines how shift reports and analytics timestamps are calculated — both must be set correctly before the club processes its first session. A wrong timezone causes shift revenue to appear on the wrong calendar day; a wrong currency makes all historical reports inconsistent and cannot be cleanly corrected. After saving, the club appears in the organization list and you can immediately move on to setting up hall zones and creating tariffs. The entire setup takes under five minutes for a new location.


Step 1. Open the clubs section of your organization

Select your organization from the left-hand menu. On the organization page, find the club list and click Create Club in the top-right corner. The core details step opens immediately.

Once required fields are filled, click Next.


Cover — one photo, 350×290 px recommended, JPG/PNG/WEBP.

Interior photos — multiple photos in a grid, same formats and size.

Both fields are optional. Click Save to finish — you can add or change photos later by editing the club.


After saving, the club appears in the organization list. Continue with:

  1. Hall zones — divide the hall into segments (Standard, Pro, VIP). Learn about zones.

Frequently asked questions

What is a club in IZI and how is it different from an organization?

An organization is the legal entity (the owner). A club is a specific physical location with its own address, cash register, and hall. One owner can manage multiple clubs inside a single organization.

Can I create a club without pinning a location on the map?

No. The Map Location field is required: the system will not save the club without it. Click on the interactive map or type an address into the search bar to place a pin.

How do I choose the right timezone?

Timezones in the dropdown are grouped by region: Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Oceania. Pick the one where the club is physically located. The timezone affects shift reports and all analytics charts.

Can I change the currency after the club is created?

Technically the field is editable through the club form. However, changing currency after transactions exist causes reporting inconsistencies. Only change it if the club has just been created and has no transactions yet.

What is the address hint field for?

The optional Address Hint field (up to 200 characters) adds navigation details for clients — for example, 'Side entrance, third door from the car park'. It appears in the IZI mobile app next to the club address.

What size is recommended for the club cover image?

The recommended cover image size is 350×290 pixels. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and WEBP. Only one cover image is uploaded.

How many interior photos can I add?

The form supports multiple interior photos (JPG, PNG, WEBP; 350×290 px recommended). They appear in the club's public profile.

Can I add multiple clubs to one organization?

Yes. IZI has no limit on the number of clubs per organization. Each club is created separately through the Create Club form and gets its own settings: address, currency, timezone, tariffs, and zones.

What happens after the club is saved?

The club appears in the organization's club list. The next steps are to set up hall zones, create tariffs, and connect devices.

Is the working hours field required?

No, Working Hours is optional. It is displayed in the club's public profile for clients — for example, 'Mon–Sun 10:00–02:00'. It does not affect shift logic or the cash register.
