ARPU Tracking

Published: · IZI Team

ARPU (average revenue per user) measures how much each active client generates in a given period. It’s the core efficiency metric for a gaming club: two clubs with the same visit count can have very different ARPUs depending on tariff mix, upsell, and retention.

Analytics → Clients → ARPU

The report shows ARPU for the selected period, with trend line over time. Filter by zone or client group to compare segments.

ARPU = Total revenue for the period / Number of unique active clients

“Active” means a client who had at least one session in the period.

  • Tariff mix — clients on longer or premium tariffs have higher per-visit spend
  • Bar orders — clients who order at the bar generate more revenue per visit
  • Top-up bonus — a well-designed top-up bonus drives larger top-up amounts, which increases session frequency and ARPU

Compare ARPU across periods to see whether your pricing or loyalty changes are working:

  • ARPU rising → clients are spending more per visit (upsell working, or tariff mix shifting to premium)
  • ARPU falling → clients are downgrading tariffs, using more bonus, or session durations are shorter

Compare ARPU by zone to see whether VIP pricing is delivering or whether Standard clients spend just as much.
