Selling Products at the Counter
Selling bar items, snacks, or merchandise in IZI works through the Orders module. Open a new order, pick the customer, add products from the catalog, and collect payment — the whole flow takes under a minute, and stock levels update automatically the moment the order is paid.
The flow is available from two places: the Orders section and the Floor section. Both lead to the same cart and payment screen.
Step 1. Open Orders and create a new one
Section titled “Step 1. Open Orders and create a new one”Go to Orders (or Floor) and tap + New Order. The button is visible at the top-right corner of both sections. A fresh order opens immediately — no configuration needed before you start adding items.
Step 2. Select a customer
Section titled “Step 2. Select a customer”Tap Select Customer and pick the player from the list. You can search by name or phone number. If the guest has no account or you do not need to record who purchased, choose Unknown Guest — the order proceeds normally and inventory is still decremented.
Step 3. Add products
Section titled “Step 3. Add products”Open the Products tab and tap the cards for the items you want. Each tap adds one unit to the cart. To add multiple units of the same item, tap the card again or adjust the quantity directly inside the cart. Products are grouped by category, so large catalogs remain easy to navigate.
Step 4. Review and place the order
Section titled “Step 4. Review and place the order”Scroll through the cart to confirm items and quantities. If anything is wrong, remove or adjust individual lines before continuing. When everything looks correct, tap Place Order. After this point, changes go through order history rather than the active cart.
Step 5. Accept payment
Section titled “Step 5. Accept payment”Enter the amount in the Enter Amount field, then tap Card or Cash. IZI requires the entered amount to be equal to or greater than the order total — if it falls short, the payment will not go through. Once confirmed, the order is marked paid instantly.
Result: the order appears in history and the warehouse stock for each sold item decreases accordingly.

Section titled “See also”Frequently asked questions
Can I sell products without assigning a customer?
Yes. At the customer selection step choose Unknown Guest — the order is created and stock is decremented normally.
What if I added the wrong item or quantity?
Edit the cart before tapping Place Order. Once the order is placed, correct it through the order history.
The payment amount I entered is less than the total — what happens?
IZI will not process the payment. Enter an amount equal to or greater than the order total, then choose Card or Cash.
The order does not appear in the Orders list — why?
Refresh the Orders section and check the date filter. The order may be outside the currently selected date range.
Can I sell products from the Floor view instead of the Orders section?
Yes. The same New Order flow is available from the Floor section — use whichever is more convenient for your workflow.
