Delivering a Bar Order in IZI CRM
Section titled “Delivering a Bar Order in IZI CRM”The standard bar order cycle in IZI CRM has three steps: Accept → Mark Ready → Deliver. Open the Live Board, move the order through its columns, and hand it to the guest. The whole flow takes seconds once you know where to click — and every action is timestamped, so managers can review delivery times in reports later.
Step 1 — Open the Board
Section titled “Step 1 — Open the Board”Navigate to Bar Orders → Live Board (also labeled Order Delivery in some club configurations).
The board shows three columns: PENDING, IN PROGRESS, and READY TO DELIVER.
Step 2 — Accept the Order
Section titled “Step 2 — Accept the Order”Find the order card in the PENDING column and click Accept on the card.
- The card moves to IN PROGRESS.
- A preparation timer starts automatically from the moment you click Accept.
Alternative: open the order card and click Accept from inside the detail view — same result.
Step 3 — Prepare and Mark Ready
Section titled “Step 3 — Prepare and Mark Ready”When all items in the order are ready, click Mark Ready.
- The card moves to READY TO DELIVER.
- The preparation timer stops and the elapsed time is recorded.
Step 4 — Deliver to the Guest
Section titled “Step 4 — Deliver to the Guest”Two options are available at this stage:

| Deliver Order | Marks the entire order as Delivered and closes it |
| Deliver (on a line item) | Marks that specific item as delivered; remaining items stay in the queue |
Result: the order is closed, and all data — items, timestamps, operator — moves to order history.
Common Situations

| Order not visible on the board | Check both PENDING and IN PROGRESS columns, or open History |
| Need to revert to pending | Use Return to Pending while the order is still in IN PROGRESS |
| Delivered to the wrong guest by mistake | Use Cancel Delivery on the line item, or Cancel All to revert the full order |

Where do I find the Live Board in IZI CRM?
Go to Bar Orders in the left navigation, then select Live Board (or Order Delivery). The board displays all active orders split into Pending, In Progress, and Ready to Deliver columns.
What happens when I click Accept on an order?
The order card moves from the Pending column to In Progress, and a preparation timer starts. The timestamp is recorded for reporting.
Can I accept an order from inside the order card?
Yes. Open the card and click Accept in the detail view — the result is identical to clicking Accept directly on the board card.
When can I use Return to Pending?
Only while the order is in the In Progress column and no individual item has been marked ready yet. Once any item is marked ready, the option is no longer available.
Can I deliver individual items separately?
Yes. Use the Deliver button on a specific line item to mark just that item as delivered. The rest of the order remains active in the queue.
What if I delivered an order to the wrong person?
Use Cancel Delivery on the affected line item to revert it, or Cancel All to revert the entire order back to a deliverable state.
