Cross-club Analytics in IZI CRM
When managing more than one club, you need a network-wide view — not manual switching between clubs. IZI provides organization-level analytics for exactly this.

What cross-club analytics shows
Section titled “What cross-club analytics shows”At the organization level you get the same reports as in a single club, aggregated across the network:

Reading the per-club breakdown
Section titled “Reading the per-club breakdown”Most organization reports include a by club column or filter. This lets you:
- See the total for the whole network (the “Total” row)
- Compare clubs against each other in one report
- Find clubs underperforming against the network average on a specific metric
For example, in the revenue report: club A contributes 60% of network revenue, club B — 40%. But ARPU is higher at club B — meaning B has fewer clients but they spend more per visit. A signal to investigate club A’s pricing or traffic.
Period filtering
Section titled “Period filtering”Standard periods: today, yesterday, this week, this month, custom range. The period applies to all clubs simultaneously.
Access to cross-club analytics
Section titled “Access to cross-club analytics”Organization analytics is visible only to users with analytics permissions assigned at the organization level (not just club-level). Details: Access Permissions — reference.
Data export
Section titled “Data export”Each analytics section has an export button — data downloads as CSV or Excel. Exporting from the organization level includes data for all clubs with per-club breakdown.

Where do I see revenue across all clubs at once in IZI?
In the Analytics section at the organization level — switch from club mode to organization mode via the left panel. You'll find combined revenue, sessions, and KPIs for the whole network.
Can I compare clubs side-by-side in one report?
Yes. In organization analytics, metrics are broken down by club — you can see what each club contributes and compare them in a single view.
Does network analytics show real-time data?
The KPI dashboard updates with a delay of a few minutes. Detailed reports have up to 24-hour delay depending on the report type.
Can I export combined network data?
Yes. All organization analytics sections support CSV or Excel export.
