Analytics in IZI
Section titled “Analytics in IZI”The IZI analytics module provides data on club operations across revenue, client base, hall utilization, and retention. Reports are built for any period and support comparison: current week vs last week, this month vs the same month last year.
Key metrics for owners: revenue (total and by source: game time, bar, multipass), ARPU (average revenue per client), hall utilization (percentage of occupied PCs by hour), D30 Retention (share of clients who returned on day 30). These four indicators give a sufficient picture of business health.
Data is available at the individual club level and in a consolidated view across the organization — for networks, this allows comparing clubs against each other and identifying underperformers on key metrics.
