Activate a Tariff from Player Balance

When a player has a positive in-club balance, you can charge a gaming tariff directly against it — no cash or card interaction needed. IZI deducts the amount at checkout and the session starts immediately. This is the smoothest experience for regular players who top up their balance in advance.

In the Hall section, click Book a Session.

Select Play Now to start immediately, or Choose Time to schedule a specific start time.

In the Client* field, find and select the player. The player must have a positive balance — you will see it confirmed on the Order screen in the next steps. If you are unsure about the current balance, open the player’s profile to check before proceeding.

In the Device* field, choose an available PC or console station.

Click Select Tariff and Duration. In the Tariffs tab, choose the tariff that fits the player’s plan, set the session duration, then click Add.

Click Checkout and Proceed to Payment to open the Order screen.

On the Order screen, the player’s available balance is displayed next to their name. Confirm the amount covers the tariff cost, then click Pay Order. IZI deducts the tariff cost from the balance instantly — no card terminal or cash handling required.

Result: the tariff is activated, the session starts, and the corresponding amount is deducted from the player’s balance. The transaction appears in the player’s history automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Does the admin need to handle cash or a card terminal when paying from balance?

No. IZI deducts the tariff cost directly from the player's in-club balance. The checkout completes without any cash or card interaction.

Where can I see a player's available balance before booking?

The available balance is displayed on the Order screen after you select the player and add a tariff. You can also view it on the player's profile page.

What if the player's balance is insufficient?

Top up the balance first via the Transactions section, or switch to a card or cash payment for this session.

Why is the 'Pay Order' button from balance not appearing?

The balance payment option is only available when a player is selected and their balance is positive. Verify both conditions before proceeding.
