Activate a Tariff with Bonus Points

Published: · Updated: (12 days ago)· IZI Team

If a player has accumulated bonus points, those points can cover the full or partial cost of any eligible tariff — no cash or card required for the portion paid by bonuses. IZI CRM deducts the bonus balance at checkout and records the transaction immediately, keeping the player’s loyalty account accurate in real time.

In the Hall section, click Book a Session.

Select Play Now or Choose Time depending on whether the session starts immediately or is scheduled.

In the Client* field, search for and select the player whose bonus balance you want to use.

In the Device* field, choose an available PC or console seat for the session.

Click Choose Tariff and Duration. In the Tariffs tab, select the appropriate tariff, set the play duration, then click Add.

Click Confirm and Go to Payment.

On the Order screen, enter the number of points in the Bonuses field (up to the available maximum). If the bonus balance covers the full order total, no other payment method is needed. Click Pay Order.

Result: the tariff is activated, and the bonus points are deducted from the player’s loyalty balance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use bonus points to pay for only part of a tariff?

Yes. Enter the amount of bonus points you want to apply in the Bonuses field. The remaining balance can be paid by card or cash.

Why is the Bonuses field not visible on the Order screen?

The field appears only when the selected client has a positive bonus balance and the chosen tariff allows bonus payment. Check both conditions.

Are bonus points deducted immediately on activation?

Yes. The bonus balance is debited at the moment the order is confirmed with Pay Order.

Can I pay the entire tariff cost with bonus points?

Yes, as long as the player's bonus balance covers the full tariff price and the tariff permits bonus payment.
