Activate a Tariff with Bonus Points

If a player has accumulated bonus points, those points can cover the full or partial cost of any eligible tariff — no cash or card required for the portion paid by bonuses. IZI CRM deducts the bonus balance at checkout and records the transaction immediately, keeping the player’s loyalty account accurate in real time.

Step 1. Open the booking dialog

In the Hall section, click Book a Session.

Step 2. Choose a session mode

Select Play Now or Choose Time depending on whether the session starts immediately or is scheduled.

Step 3. Select the client

In the Client* field, search for and select the player whose bonus balance you want to use.

Step 4. Select a device

In the Device* field, choose an available PC or console seat for the session.

Step 5. Add a tariff

Click Choose Tariff and Duration. In the Tariffs tab, select the appropriate tariff, set the play duration, then click Add.

Step 6. Proceed to payment

Click Confirm and Go to Payment.

Step 7. Apply bonus points

On the Order screen, enter the number of points in the Bonuses field (up to the available maximum). If the bonus balance covers the full order total, no other payment method is needed. Click Pay Order.

Note

If the player’s bonus balance does not cover the full amount, you can split the payment: cover part with bonus points and pay the remainder by card or cash in the same checkout flow.

Result: the tariff is activated, and the bonus points are deducted from the player’s loyalty balance.

Common situations

Situation	Resolution
Not enough bonus points for the full amount	Apply available points partially and pay the remainder by balance, card, or cash
The Bonuses field does not appear	Verify that the client has a positive bonus balance and that the tariff permits bonus payment
