Activate Session from Unused Time
When a player has bought a time-based tariff but still has unused minutes left, you can start a new session against that balance — no additional payment is taken. IZI deducts the time from the existing tariff purchase automatically. This is the fastest way to get a returning player on a seat without re-entering payment details.
This flow applies to any tariff that carries a remaining-time balance: standard hourly packages, multi-hour bundles, or day passes. The same booking dialog is used for regular paid sessions — the only difference is switching to the Purchased Tariffs tab at step 6.
How to activate a session from unused time
Section titled “How to activate a session from unused time”Follow these nine steps in the Hall section of IZI CRM to start a session against an existing tariff balance.
Step 1. Open the booking dialog
Section titled “Step 1. Open the booking dialog”In the Hall section, click Book a Session.
Step 2. Choose a mode
Section titled “Step 2. Choose a mode”Select Play Now to start immediately, or Choose Time to schedule the session for a specific date and start time.
Step 3. Select the player
Section titled “Step 3. Select the player”In the Client* field, find and select the player whose unused time you want to use.
Step 4. Select a device
Section titled “Step 4. Select a device”In the Device* field, choose an available PC.
Step 5. Open tariff selection
Section titled “Step 5. Open tariff selection”Click Select Tariff and Duration — the tariff selection screen opens.
Step 6. Switch to the Purchased Tariffs tab
Section titled “Step 6. Switch to the Purchased Tariffs tab”Click the Purchased Tariffs tab. You will see a list of all tariffs the player has already paid for, along with each one’s remaining time.
Step 7. Pick the tariff
Section titled “Step 7. Pick the tariff”Click the tariff you want to use — it is added to the cart.
Step 8. Confirm the order
Section titled “Step 8. Confirm the order”In the configuration dialog click Add, then Checkout and Proceed to Payment. Because the balance covers the session, no charge is made and the order closes automatically.
Step 9. Start the session
Section titled “Step 9. Start the session”On the Session panel, click Start — the session status changes to Active.
Result: the session runs against previously paid time; the player’s remaining balance is reduced accordingly and no new payment is collected.
