Book a Gaming Session Immediately with Play Now
Section titled “Book a Gaming Session Immediately with Play Now”When a player walks in and wants to play immediately, IZI’s Play Now mode is the fastest path from door to seat. You select the player, assign a free PC, choose a tariff, and collect payment — the whole flow typically takes under a minute. The session is created and ready to launch the moment payment is confirmed.
This is the most common daily action in the Hall section. It differs from booking a future session only at step 2: instead of picking a date and time, you select Play Now and the system stamps the current time as the session start.
Walk-in traffic moves fast, and Play Now is designed to match that pace. The dialog keeps required fields to a minimum — client, device, and tariff — so staff can seat a player without memorizing a multi-step process. Unregistered visitors are handled in the same flow by selecting Unknown Guest, which means you never need to pause and create an account before starting play. If a player already has pre-purchased time on their balance, you can switch to the Purchased Tariffs tab at the tariff step and start the session without charging them again. Payment collection happens at the end, with card and cash both supported from the same screen.

What is the Play Now option in IZI?
Play Now creates a session that starts at the current moment. It is the fastest walk-in flow — you assign a client and device, pick a tariff, and collect payment without scheduling a future start time.
Can I book a walk-in session without a registered account?
Yes. In the Client field choose Unknown Guest for an unregistered visitor. If you want to register them on the spot, choose Register Client instead.
What happens if there are no free devices?
The Device field will only show available PCs. If none are free, either wait for a session to end or use Choose Time to schedule a future slot.
How do I collect payment at the end of the flow?
After clicking Checkout and Proceed to Payment, enter the amount and select Card or Cash. The session becomes ready to start once payment is confirmed.
Can I add multiple tariffs in one booking?
Yes. Inside the tariff selection screen you can add more than one item to the cart before clicking Add.
