Start a Session for a Player
When a booking has already been created and paid, IZI holds it in Waiting status — the seat is reserved but the timer is paused. To let the player start playing, open the session in the Hall view and press Start. The session switches to Active, the timer begins, and the PC unlocks — all in two clicks. This is how you manually start a waiting session in the CRM and activate a reserved session using the gaming club software.
Step 1. Find the session in the Hall
Section titled “Step 1. Find the session in the Hall”Open the Hall section. Locate the session block showing the Waiting status badge and click it. The Session panel slides open on the right.
Step 2. Press Start
Section titled “Step 2. Press Start”In the Session panel, click Start.
Result: the session moves to Active status, the player’s timer starts running, and the PC becomes accessible.

Section titled “See also”Frequently asked questions
When does a session appear in Waiting status?
A session enters Waiting status when it has been created and paid for in advance — typically a prepaid booking for a specific future time slot. The PC is reserved but the timer has not started yet.
Why is there no Start button on the session panel?
The Start button appears only when the session status is Waiting and the scheduled start time has already been reached. If the booking time is still in the future, the button will not be shown.
What happens to the player's PC when I click Start?
The session switches to Active status, the countdown timer begins, and the player gains access to the PC immediately.
Can I start a session on a different PC than the one originally booked?
Yes. Use the Move to another PC action in the Session panel to reassign the session to the correct workstation before or instead of starting it.
