Book a Future Session (Paid)

Use this flow when a player wants to guarantee a specific PC at a future time — for example, two hours from now or tomorrow morning. The session is created immediately, held in Waiting status, and the PC is locked for that player until the start time arrives. Collecting payment upfront at booking removes any ambiguity about the reservation.

When to use this flow vs. starting a session right now: choose the future-booking flow any time the intended start time is more than a few minutes away. For immediate starts, use Book a Session Now instead.


In the Hall section, click Book a Session.

In the dialog, choose Select Time. Two fields appear: Start Date and Start Time. Fill in the desired date and time.

In the Client* field, pick an existing client from the list or create a new one on the spot.

In the Device* field, choose the PC you want to reserve for this player.

Click Select Tariff and Duration. On the Tariffs tab, pick the applicable tariff, set the duration, and click Add.

Click Proceed to Payment. The session appears in the Hall with the status Awaiting Payment.

Click the booking block in the Hall, then click Pay. Choose Card or Cash and complete the transaction.

Result: the session status changes to Waiting — the PC is reserved and will not be assigned to anyone else until the scheduled start time.

Frequently asked questions

What status does a future-booked session show in the Hall?

After payment is collected, the session moves to Waiting status. The PC is reserved and stays locked until the scheduled start time.

Can I book a future session without taking payment immediately?

Yes — after clicking Proceed to Payment the session appears in the Hall as Awaiting Payment. You can collect payment later by tapping the block and clicking Pay.

What happens if the session does not start automatically at the scheduled time?

Refresh the Hall view. If the status remains Waiting, launch it manually via the Start Session for Player action on that block.

How do I fix a booking made with the wrong date or time?

Cancel the booking before payment is collected, then create a new booking with the correct date and time.
