Extend the Current Session
Extend the Current Session in IZI CRM
Section titled “Extend the Current Session in IZI CRM”When a player wants to keep playing, open their active session card in the Hall section, click Extend, choose a tariff or duration, accept payment if required, and the session timer updates immediately. The whole flow takes under a minute and does not interrupt the player’s current session.
This is the standard way to add time without closing and reopening a session. IZI applies the extension on top of the remaining time, so the player experiences no gap in access to the PC or console.
Step 1. Find the active session
Section titled “Step 1. Find the active session”In the Hall section, locate the device running the session you want to extend. Active sessions appear as Active blocks on the timeline. Click the device block and the session card opens on the right side of the screen.
If you manage a large hall with many active devices, use the search or filter at the top of the Hall view to narrow the list by player name or device number before clicking.
Step 2. Click Extend
Section titled “Step 2. Click Extend”Inside the session card, click Extend. The extension dialog opens on top of the current view without closing the session card underneath.
Step 3. Select a tariff or duration
Section titled “Step 3. Select a tariff or duration”Choose a tariff from the list or pick a specific duration such as +30 minutes or +1 hour. The available options depend on your club’s tariff configuration. You can apply a different tariff from the one the player originally booked — for example, switching from a standard rate to a promotional rate if the club has an active offer.
Step 4. Process payment (if required)
Section titled “Step 4. Process payment (if required)”If the selected extension is paid, enter the amount and choose the payment method: Card or Cash. Free extensions tied to bonus time or loyalty promotions skip this step automatically.
Result: the session time increases and the timer in the Hall view updates to reflect the new end time. The player continues without any interruption or need to log in again.
Common situations

Why extend instead of closing and reopening
Section titled “Why extend instead of closing and reopening”Closing a session and starting a new one resets the player’s login state and creates two separate billing records. Extending an active session keeps the billing history continuous and avoids any downtime on the device. This matters most during peak hours when every minute of device availability counts.
For clubs using prepaid packages or balance-based access, the extension dialog also shows the player’s remaining balance so the operator can advise on the best option before confirming.

Where do I find the Extend button?
Open the session card for any Active session in the Hall section. The Extend button appears inside that card.
What if the Extend option is not visible?
Check that the session status is Active. If the session has already ended or is in a different state, the Extend option will not appear — open the card again after confirming the status.
Does the timer update immediately after extension?
Yes. Once the extension is confirmed and payment is processed, the timer in the Hall view updates automatically.
Can I extend a session with a different tariff than the original?
Yes. The extension dialog lets you choose any available tariff or a custom duration, independently of what the player originally booked.
